    My gf and I were living on the first floor of a dinghy apartment for 2 1/2 years before we met Tony from Beachside Rentals R Us. We saw his ad for a beautiful 2bd 1ba in LBC that basically looked like one of the "Pink Ladies" in SanFran. Dreaming of living in a home like this, we jumped on the ad and called Tony the next day (although now I'm pretty sure he would have answered an 11pm phone call given how good he is at his job - that's not an invite lol. Just saying.) Tony virtually walked us thru the home because we didn't have the time to visit ourselves and we wanted to act fast. He laid out the process to apply and made it simple for us! After a few days for the application and credit check forms to approve, we got the place and Tony's doing great at making sure our move went off without a hitch! Thank you Tony!     If I could give this company -5 stars I would. Proceed with caution! These people are a nightmare to deal with. As a resident in one of the buildings they took over, we have seen how unprofessional, shady, uncaring, and difficult they are to work with. See some pictures below. I am currently moved out of the building managed by them. It was because of this company, I ended up buying a place instead of renting so I never have to deal with a bad management company again. They also go by the name avi beach apartment rentals. There is not enough room to list every reason why this compny deserves -5 stars. But heres a few examples... When they call and leave messages, they never state whom it is whos leaving the message nor the companies name. Beachside rentals RS management had a plumbing issue fixed on the property and made a 3 foot by one foot hole on the outside wall inside the courtyard. They patched the hole with a cardboard piece and tape. For months we asked for them to properly close the hole with cement. About 4 months go by as the cardboard opened and rats made their way in to live in the apartment walls and got into apartments. We complained of the rats and the company sent the maintenance man to fill the holes the rats had made to enter the apartments from the walls. Another two months go buy and they sent out a "pest control company" who handed all the residents who were home at the time mouse traps. One of the residents was staying at her folks house at night to sleep in peace from worrying about the rats and in the day she went back to clean the rat droppings and fix the holes herself. Beachside rentals r Us refused to replace the money she spent on materials she used to fix the holes herself where the rats came through even after sending them receipt copies. They took two months to repair a screen in a window that was sliced open by a homeless person and when they FINALLY repaired it, they taped it closed.

    First, no I am not a bad tenant who is disgruntled. I paid my rent every month, on time, no questions asked. No complaints from my neighbors, no issues. This is a sincere warning about renting from Beachside Rentals R Us, Ramit Investments LLC & Amit Weinberg. They are without a doubt slum lords who are unlawful and vengeful. They refused to make any fixes in my unit or on the property; even when there were walls full of mold and the City of Long Beach Health and Safety came out to cite them. Because I stood up for my rights as a tenant to have these things fixed they did everything in their power to force me to move. They made my life totally unbearable. I attempted to contact the BBB but they do not do tenant related issues. Additionally, if any one has any advice to hold them accountable (I have already been forced to move out since it was so unbearable) please reach out to me directly. I am still stunned by the lack of support for tenants in these situations. Seems I would have actually be better off just not paying my rent or other means of retaliation rather than doing the "right thing" and expecting them to either do the right thing or be held accountable. If you want proof on this, I will be glad to share emails, pictures, etc. Beachside Rentals R Us does not seem to have their own website but here is the closes thing I could find to identify them.     I was not able to find a website for them but they use Zillow, Hotpads, and Trulia for rental listings.

Communication is slow--expect a response in 3-4 business days, and that's if you decide to blow up all their phones, which is not acceptable when your home is vacant, you're trying to prepare it for new prospective tenants, and they should be the ones supplying the vendors to come out and clean. Speaking of vendors, their cleaning company did an ATROCIOUS job of "professionally cleaning" our home and when Wendy did the final walkthrough with us and noticed how disgusting the home still looked she chalked it up to the fact that "they don't charge that much." That is no excuse whatsoever to charge $300 for a terrible job because like Eppie put it "[her] seven-year-old daughter could've done a better job." While they offered to ask their person Lazaro to come back and clean the place again for free, they didn't care to follow up with him or me, so my mother had to go and clean the mess the tenants left behind. Once we realized their communication delays were extremely significant, we decide to contract our own vendors because we couldn't trust them to do so even though they were charging us $225 monthly....for what? I'm not really even sure because our last month with them once the tenants moved out was brutal with their incompetence. They simply took note of things that needed to get done and took 4 days to get back to us on anything, hence the reason we had to pick out our own vendors. One piece of advice to anybody who wants to hire them or has already hired them: once you realize what a huge mistake you made, be sure to email them 30 days from the date you plan to fire them or they'll let you know two days before the new month that you had to give your notice via email, charge the $225, and not do a SINGLE thing for you that entire month they charged. So incredibly thankful we no longer have to deal with them. This was a huge mistake and I take full responsibility for not trusting the reviews on here.

Very slow when you complain or maintenance repair, vendors are not willing to cooperate with your time or convenience, i have to monitor every single request due to will noted completed, rent is too high for one bedroom, busy street N Lakewood Blvd. No issue before from previous property management, tenants are responsible to pay service for trash, check your utility bills..place is not well isolated. You could hear everything inside your unit, specially the speeding cars. Very HOT during summer time you need 2 AC to feel comfortable, one in the bedroom and one in living room, Not enough HOT water pressure at the laundry room, will ruined your clothes. Called SCE stated its pipe is pour, Been renting for a year and it's been a nightmare,. They will charge you arm and leg when you moved out, you will end up nothing to get to refund your deposit, they will charged you minor scratches on baseboard..discoloration of paint..Never late on rent.     DO NOT RENT FROM !!!!! Real Property Management was a frustrating experience from move in to move…read moreout. When we moved in, the house was visibly dirty and not move in ready. There were dirty walls, holes in the walls, hair in the bathtub, and even food left in the fridge. One closet smelled strongly like cat urine. I reported all of this right away and was basically told to just leave it in the same condition when we moved out. They did nothing to fix the issues. Fast forward to move out, and now the owner is trying to charge us $1,350 for cleaning and painting, even though the place was not clean or freshly painted when we moved in and the wall issues were already there. What's worse is Real Property Management has not been helpful in resolving it and won't provide the owner's contact information, saying they're selling the house. That doesn't help tenants trying to dispute charges fairly. They also charge a $41 monthly fee for air filters that they only send you after you file a maintenance claim for. The only bright spot is Kelly on the phone, who has been kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, everyone else I dealt with was not helpful and made everything feel like a hassle. Maintenance was also a headache. Our built in microwave didn't work when we moved in and they initially refused to fix it. I said I wasn't going to be responsible for it and would choose the cheapest replacement myself, and suddenly they were able to send someone out quickly. That kind of back and forth is not professional. To top it off, the owner was supposed to remove a bed before we moved in and never did. We ended up having to disassemble and remove it ourselves. This was a hassle during moving day. We lived there over two years and it was constant problems. I would NEVER rent through them again.
