I ended up getting my frames at the Mequon location because this one was closed on 12/30 (and I wanted to use my insurance) due to Omricon. While the frame selection was smaller at Mequon, the staff was very helpful and I found a pair. They delivered the glasses to this location. There was a mixup in the lab and they returned an empty frame so it took longer than it should have.

One time after 20 minutes I finally left since they knew I had another appointment and only had 20 minute window. Then I rescheduled and was told the doctor would be a half an hour late and after half an hour was told she wouldn't be in for another half hour. When I finally let them know how unhappy I was, they said the problem was both of ours??? The owner is the worst and blamed her intern, her doctor and me. Since I can't keep taking off work to not even be seen I asked for my money back . I was told I needed to continue to figure it out with them . In the mean time I still can't see !
