So she called him, he said he called me and I canceled the service, now she was realizing she had put down 2 almost identical phone numbers down,(mind you I've had 3 separate phone calls 2 of which they called me) where we made correspondence with my #. Their best offer was rather only offer was they might be able to maybe make it out next week? Not first thing tomorrow, not right now, possibly, maybe next week, it's Wednesday of this week, not Friday! Thank you very little, but no thank you, pretty lame.

They graciously accommodated my scheduled and did the install based on my needs. Tony, the installer, showed on time. He was courteous, professional and explained all the components of the Jackshaft, he even programmed my remote for me. The Jackshaft works great and is so quite you cant even hear it working. It was easy doing business with them and there were no surprises. They charged me $289 to send two guys out to look at my garage, they were at my house for max 10 minutes, left because they didn't have parts and then quoted me another $500+ to do the repair job, for a total of over $800 on a job that other garage door companies quoted for more than half less. They took my $289 inspection fee and I went somewhere else to get the job done for $500 less, including a better garage door spring manufacturer. I'm president of my HOA and, needless to say, I plan to make sure none of my neighbors call the number on the back door of their garage door when their cycle time is up.
