When I turned on the water to ready the house for sale in July of the following year, my realtor discovered a water leak. I asked the realtor for advice and got someone to clear out the damaged flooring, etc. We got someone in there but it didn't look like a lot of care was taken. When I was in contact with my insurance company he gave me a list of preferred vendors that he regularly works with. PS., he had never heard of the original demo team (not a surprise). Summit was on this list and ready to aid me in restoring the home to be even better than it was before. They came and did a walk-through and gave me a quotation which seemed reasonable considering the damage to the primary suite bathroom and bedroom. I decided to upgrade the flooring from the original carpeting and had them put in vinyl plank which looked great. Cody was our project manager and he did a great job of keeping me updated considering I was managing this project from a distance as I still had my own house, job, etc., to consider. I worked with Lonnie, Robbie, and Donovan and they were all very helpful and were careful to minimize disruption as I was still working on some things within the house. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves (I mean everyone should) but they took care to do that and I was really pleased with the end result. Cody came and did a final walk-through and gave me the invoice. It was really nice to know that it was done and that I could move forward with my project. I hope to not have a need for restoration but if I do I will go to them again. They have workers throughout Oregon and into Washington so I would definitely recommend them.

Subsequently in 2025 the cracks had opened up slightly to allow water to seep through the slab and saturate the substrate under it. I called Kelly at Superior and requested these cracks be refilled and all my concrete aprons be resealed. In addition, I requested that half of the leading bullnose edge of my garage slab, which had undergone spalling which had occurred since 2004 when the home was built, be repaired in preparation for installing a polyurethane or polyaspartic coating. Her son's showed up on August 27, 2025, and finished on August 29, 2025. All slabs were sealed with the exception of one. The members of the Superior crew worked quickly and efficiently to finish the crack repair, spalling repair, and sealing. They were thorough in their endeavors and insured all concrete was power washed prior to applying sealant. The spalling repair looked like it did originally prior to the spalling damage. It has subsequently been coated with polyaspartic coating and looks positively beautiful. I can highly recommend the work of Superior. Thanks to Kelly and her son's crew for completing the repairs efficiently and painlessly.

From the first phone call I had with Carol I knew they were unique. She was very helpful and took the time to make sure my wife and I had all of our questions answered. We felt like we were given a mini crash course on everything we need to know about granite countertops and quartz countertops. Their entire team was professional, and they even were able to finish ahead of schedule! We thought it might be an issue working with them because they are located in Sisters, Oregon. But, the distance was not an issue at all. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions about granite countertop installation. We even inquired with them about getting quartz countertops, but we realized the granite was going to fit our lifestyle better than quartz. They have the ability to fabricate pretty much any stone countertop you choose from any of the local suppliers. I would definitely recommend giving them a call. They are worth every penny!
