Unfortunately, my dish was a big disappointment. I ordered the mahi-mahi with mashed potatoes and salsa, but the fish was extremely dry and almost impossible to eat. It was so dry that it was difficult to swallow and felt like it was getting stuck in my throat. Overall, our family enjoyed the evening, especially the service, ribs, and kids' meals. Unfortunately, the mahi-mahi did not meet my expectations. Maybe I just got unlucky that evening, but I definitely wouldn't order that dish again.

Hello! My name is Jennifer! Oceans reopened after closing for the slow season on Valentine's Day. I started a a sever that day at 2 pm and became part of an amazing establishment! But before I started that day I brought a long time friend and his wife as guests. We had a impeccable experience. I have not seen my friend in over 10 or 15 years and I met his new wife and they're such the great couple so this experience not only was great with the company. The oceans restaurant made our experience even better. I promise you if you come and visit us you will come back. I've been in Panama City on and off all my life. My sister's been here 22 years. I've only been here three years, but I've been coming here on and off since I was a baby. I spent many summers here and I'm telling you oceans restaurant... Is a true hidden gem! Come one come all. I feel really bad for the manager of this restaurant as well as the staff. Saturday night and empty restaurant really should have told me all I needed to know. I tried to order a cocktail, no bartender. I tried to order the conch bites, I was brought conch chowder and told they had no conch. For what they charge for the food here the plates were skimpy. Flavors were terrible and the seafood tastes like it was purchased at Walmart. Out of 5 meals order only two were eaten fully. And we're still being charged for food we didn't even eat. I'm not a dine and dash kind of person but I was tempted to just walk out. No clue how this place is still in business. This was supposed to be my daughter's birthday dinner and we're all just disappointed and disgusted with this food. read more

This is a hidden gourmet gem !! The food, atmosphere and service were fantastic! I Strongly encourage everyone in PCB to try Oceans Restaurant on Front Beach Road across from Race City. They need more traffic and everyone is so very nice, welcoming and accommodating. Specially Omrick the head waiter & host ! We had the Blackened Mahi with Brocollini, coconut rice and curried chickpeas (which were out of this world)!
