My family visited UTB on June 28, 2024. We went because family friendly live music had been advertised. We ordered the blackened grouper platter w/fries, chicken quesadilla w/fries, smoked tuna dip, and honey garlic wings. We had 3 soft drinks and one sweet tea. The dip, quesadilla, and grouper were devoured by my family. I had ordered the wings but they were entirely too spicy to enjoy. My hubby agreed they were spicy but my daughter enjoyed them. We are caterers from South Georgia, so we know good food and we certainly know good sweet tea. The tea was perfect. We were served the soft drinks in bottles with no cup or ice until I asked. I even told the server I loved ice and didn't enjoy my drinks without it. Despite that, I had to ask 3 times for more ice. The cup brought out was more like a kid's size cup. Our server was okay. Nothing to brag on. But the band?? The band was unreal! So much fun and they are so talented! Coastal Groove Band from Albany, GA put on quite a show! I sat at the bar, smack dab center, two bartenders saw me but neither gave me a water or offered me a menu. Several other men were waited on, but they walked up to the register. I was getting nowhere being a lone woman, so I went to the register, and the woman finally asks if she can help me, "Yes, I'd like the Souvenir cup virgin Pina Colada, please ". You know, I'd have totally ordered food today, but I was treated so badly that I won't be back and this is unfortunately the resort I've chosen. What a disappointment!! The food is always great wether your getting just appetizers or an entree. This is a pool side tiki hut bar type atmosphere. It has music a few tvs and great service. We have been coming to Boardwalk Condos for the last 4 years and the staff at UTB is always friendly! read more

This little joint is the perfect addition to staying at the Boardwalk Beach Resort! Convenient, fun and tasty! Got the smoked salmon dip to start which was de-lish. Followed it up with the fish tacos which were a solid portion and chose the tasty fries to go with them. Do the same- they were so tasty!! Husband got the fried fish platter which was also a huge serving. We got everything to go which was perfect as we ate out on the balcony listening to the waves, but could've easily stayed and enjoyed the tropical ambiance. One might think it's nice to have a little poolside bar & grill at their condo on the beach. Beware - it may not be as cool as you want. Or maybe it will be. Overall, the place is nice. Super convenient to those staying at Boardwalk Beach Resort. The food is decent and they have a plethora of drinks to choose from, plus some good specials. At night, more on weekends, they'll have live entertainment. While we were there, the "entertainment" was a one-man country act. He had his guitar with a background track doing the rest. Two complaints: 1) he wasn't good, wrecking some decent non-country songs by twanging them up (often off key), and 2) it was SO LOUD. We were on the 11th floor, with the heavy glass doors shut, and it was like the dude was in our living room performing... you couldn't escape it. We, as tenants, can't have our TVs too loud because it may disturb others, but somehow this was okay... Thankfully, there were some nights were he got rained out, so we got a little peace and quiet. Like I said, it seemed to be more on weekends (Thursday through Saturday/Sunday?). I don't believe that the restaurant is owned by Boardwalk Beach Resort, so complaining to the resort won't do anything. read more

Great location. You can access from the beach but if you come from the shore, you have to walk under the condos where the garages are then go up the stairs. Don't order the fried pickle appetizer, the serving size is tiny and not worth it. DO order the Gouper tenders- so good. The grouper tacos were very good and the side salad is a nice salad. The first time we ate here for lunch the pulled pork sandwich was really good. The jerk chicken tacos where odd the chicken was a big sold pice with a very small amount of slaw on top. The service was didn't have much personality. We came a few days later for Sunday brunch. The mimosa was $2 dollars less than my meal!! I had some type of tatters that had an awesome description but came as 6 tatter tots on a plate with a small amount a drizzled sauce on the side and not half the things in the menus description. It wasnt bad but definitely not what I expected. I ask the server if they had given me the wrong thing!! My husband got burnt French toast with a very strong cinnamon flavor the berries on top was half a strawberry cut in half. On 06/01/2024 I visited this place with a family of 5 trying to get us a quick bite to eat. There was no organization, we stood there waiting to be helped and no one ever came. The employees definitely saw us but I had to be the one to ask for some service. When I stopped a waitress to help us I was treated like I was inconveniencing her and I was told by the waitress that i spoke to that her tables were full so I'd have to wait for the waitresses tables that weren't full to help. Needless to say we left. The interactions I had to go through were unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous. I eat here every time I come to PCB because it's so convenient and close to where we stay. The staff looks like it has completely changed and the service along with it. I will never be back to this location. If you have kids don't go here and waist your time. read more

This is the bar/eatery at the boardwalk condos by the pool on and sitting right on the beach. Not open all day but I got in about 4 and came down around 6 to grab a bite. The sun was setting, view was fantastic as I sat outside on a 4 top table against the fence. Got a cold beer and oysters and fried crab claws. After a 7 hour drive and 3 hour wait to check in, this was a great relief. Got away from the kids, the view was fantastic, the food was hot and fresh and good service from our server. For a condo bar, this was as good as most of the beach bars around and enjoyed it a lot. Especially the sunset and the girl I met while I was there!!!! read more

Everywhere we tried to eat had a huge wait, so we randomly came to eat here. The parking is hard to figure out but the food and atmosphere is so good!! We got grouper fingers and the sauce was delicious!! The peach LIT was so good, and the music was fun!!! read more

This place is a sleeper. It looks more like a tiki bar than a restaurant, but don't let that fool you. The grouper is the absolute best I have ever had, and at 55 years old, that is saying a lot! We were in PBC during the off-season and wanted some place out-of-the-way, this was it. You park at these big condos, and then walk to the pool deck and it's basically just a bar with a bunch of fried food, but the food was surprisingly good. We had the seafood platter everything was freshAnd crisp. The fries were good. We had a seafood gumbo and that was very good, definitely a highlight. Orders are made and picked up at the bar. Beautiful views. Great for a more relaxed restaurant atmosphere. So we only had the chicken. Quesadilla and fried pickles but I thought it was amazing. We are staying at th condos and just asked up to eat by the pool. The portions are huge. I got the garlic shrimp & caprese salad both were very good but served on paper plates. I also got a bourbon with 7UP and bill came to $32. We are staying at The Boardwalk Beach Condos and this restaurant is attached to our pool area and Beach area. It is amazing. Fantastic burgers. My mom n law and aunt n law, had the English fish and fries and said it was delightful, my mom n law also had the chicken cesar salad on a different night and said it was one of the best she had ever had. My wife's cousin and myself had the catch of the day sandwich(grouper) and they both love, love, loved it. They do have a limited menu and service can be a little slow only because they only have one server and it can get crowded and the kitchen is small. But even with all of that I still give it 5 stars and highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and eat here, you won't be disappointed. read more

We are staying at one of the condos and the kids and I tried the BBQ wings and the cheese fries not a crumb was left well besides the chicken bones lol I had 2 crown/coke and it has just the perfect ratio of crown to coke . Bartender was very friendly and helpful . read more
