We had dinner here with the whole family yesterday, and our experience was a bit mixed. Our server was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind, and provided excellent service. He really made our evening enjoyable. My husband loved the ribs -- the meat was incredibly tender and practically melted in his mouth. The kids were also happy with their baskets of chicken tenders and shrimp. Unfortunately, my dish was a big disappointment. I ordered the mahi-mahi with mashed potatoes and salsa, but the fish was extremely dry and almost impossible to eat. It was so dry that it was difficult to swallow and felt like it was getting stuck in my throat. Overall, our family enjoyed the evening, especially the service, ribs, and kids' meals. Unfortunately, the mahi-mahi did not meet my expectations. Maybe I just got unlucky that evening, but I definitely wouldn't order that dish again. read more

Great atmosphere, yet food is good, but nothing to boast about. Typical bar-type food. Mainly fried options. Servers were friendly and attentive. read more

Food was delicious, service was quick and fantastic we were seated quickly even with it being pretty busy

Pineapple Willy's is the goat. The single most iconic stop in Panama City Beach. For one, great atmosphere and views. You can sit right on the pier and look out at the water. Next, great food and drinks. Brought out to you quickly by friendly wait staff. Lastly, the star of the show. Pineapple Willy himself. The man, the myth, the legend. This man/pineapple cannot be bothered. Pickup a shirt at the gift shop while you're here. read more

We LOVE Pineapple Willy's!!!! From the moment we walked up, we just knew we were going to have a good time! We ordered cocktails and seafood, and everything was absolutely yummy! And of course, we couldn't leave without grabbing a few souvenir T-shirts to remember the trip. The service was amazing, the prices were just right, and the atmosphere was everything you want from a Panama City Beach spot! And let me tell you... that gator po'boy did NOT disappoint! Definitely one of the highlights of our meal. If you're visiting Panama City Beach and looking for good food, good drinks, great service, and a fun atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Pineapple Willy's. We had a blast and would absolutely go back! read more

The service was exceptional our waitress Danielle was friendly, professional and made our visit wonderful. Had some good laughs. The atmosphere is great, there are TV's had sports and also kids programming playing, we sat inside though not close to the window we could still see the water, next time we will sit on the pier and dine. I will be back when in Panama City again. A must visit. read more

Food was great drinks are good view is amazing service was good cute gift shop lots to choose from

We were disappointed with the food at Pineapple Willy's. Everything tasted like it came straight out of a box rather than freshly prepared seafood. There was so much breading that you could barely taste the seafood--it felt like we were eating mostly fried batter. We expected better from a seafood restaurant on the beach and wouldn't return for the food. The corn was mush and the butter was not butter it was a "spread". read more

Fried basket (3/5): Not a fan of the fried oyster and how wet they were. The fried fish was decent but nothing special. The fried clams were bad. There was hardly any clam meat. The shrimp was ok but could've been crispier. The hush puppies had a weird flavor that I couldn't identify. The corn was just boiled and flavorless. The fries were fine. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this) read more

Food - we ordered the seafood platter & the mahi mahi with pineapple salsa. The seafood platter all tasted the same, generic fried seafood taste. The mahi mahi was dry. All the sides: corn, mashed potatoes, and fries were good. But you're not going to a restaurant just for the sides. Drinks - we just got water this trip. However, we have gotten the frozen drinks and they are fun. Very beachy & convenient for refillable cups. Service - wait was over an hour, but once we got seated the food came really quick. Tracking our place on yelp was nice to ease wait time. Server was friendly, straight to the point! Ambiance - sitting on a balcony with a beach view can't be beat. That's not exclusive to pineapple Willy's. read more

I have been coming here since the 2010s and I'll always be back every summer that I'm out here, it's nostalgic to come here for me but there are also some very delicious dishes to eat. I always get the "Peel N Eat Shrimp" every time I am here, although I've had some of the other dishes that are delightful. Mahi Mahi BLT is a must try if you dine here and any of the frozen drinks are Devine too. I also have to include that sitting on the pier is quite enjoyable after a long day of beaching or shopping. read more

Pineapple Willy's is not just hype, it is LEGIT! Great food and portions for the prices. Service was excellent and fast. Indoor and Outdoor dining options are a plus! Expect a 30-60 minute wait but TOTALLY worth it. Shop at the store or grab a tasty beverage in the meantime. read more

Amazing food and wonderful service! I ordered the Big Willy's Club, and it was absolutely delicious. The French fries were cooked perfectly, too! My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Alfredo and said it was the best he's had in a long time. The chicken tenders that came with it were also cooked perfectly. I've also had their gator bites before, and they are delicious as well! Our server, Malachi, was amazing--very quick, incredibly sweet, and made us feel so welcome. The restaurant wasn't packed when we visited, which made for a really nice, relaxed meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend to come!! read more

We didn't get a chance to eat at Pineapple Willy's, but we stopped by for adult drinks to go and absolutely loved the convenience! Being right on the beach makes it the perfect stop during a beach day. We got the Blue Raspberry Lemonade Slush and the Strawberry Frozen Margarita, and both were so good and refreshing. There's just something about grabbing a frozen drink and heading right back out to enjoy the beach! Such a fun spot and definitely something we'll do again next time we're in the area. read more

We went for supper October 4th, 2026 around 8pm On a Sunday. Told us there would be a 2 and 1/2 hour wait. There was probably at the most 10 tables with customers sitting and 25 tables empty. We looked confused at the hottess and she said that's what our manager Brian told us to tell customers. Where is the owner?? I'm sure he would be irate!!! When we questioned the hottess about the situation she was untrained and disrespectful to us. Brian, the manager, come over and asked us to leave. This was the worst service I've ever experienced And I'm 60 years old. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope the owner starts paying attention to what's going on because that's how a business starts to nose dive and before you know it they're gone. read more

No complaints from us! My dad recommended PWs so we stopped in for lunch. The space is massive and it was super windy outside so we went for the inside seating where we still got to enjoy the views but in peace. Our waitress was fabulous! We tried some of their signature drinks in their refillable cups that we got to take home which will remind us always of the great time we had. We even got to use them again at Wicked Wheel for an economical refill - what a treat!! For our meals: my fiance got the bucket of ribs. He was very pleased with his choice. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and it was a fantastic choice! The best part was the speedy service. We hardly waited a second for our food. We were so impressed. They also offer a generous military discount which is excellent. We were very pleased with the experience. Many thanks to my dad for the recommendation! read more

Always delicious every time we go! From food, to drinks to the atmosphere... it's all great!

The best friggin mahi mahi I've ever had! They didn't give me my coleslaw but the fish made up for it. I love this place.

Great place! I think we waited maybe 30 minutes for a table but we got drinks and pretzel bites and listened to live music while we waited. We sat outside which had great views of the ocean. We had the mahi basket and the Caribbean salad and both were really good. The mahi bites just melted in your mouth. The service was good. We got to keep our cups as a souvenir. The food was pretty good. The service was great. But the view was amazing. We had a great time. I didn't get many pictures. I did take two. My sandwich was really good. I had the Mahi Mahi BLT. Updated review! Still delicious!! We made a return visit to Pineapple Willie's with last year's signature glass in tow. PW's was having 25% off entire menu plus 5-6pm Power Hour with 50% off all food & drinks!! It was amazing! Such a great value for customers. There was a crowd to be sure but the staff at PW's was so prepared. They were efficient in getting everyone seated and getting drinks out to tables. The food soon rolled out and the quality was top notch! I had grouper with pineapple salsa which was perfectly cooked. What a deal! Hats off to front & back of house staff. Great job and thanks for giving your customers great deals!!! read more
