The access code given to us for the fitness room and pool didn't work.. I called again. I was given a second code.. You guessed it.. It didn't work.. Called again got a third code that only opened the pool but not the fitness center Spent the rest of the week frustrated by the shoddy upkeep of the condo. Nothing fancy, but again, the views from the 19th floor were worth it! The hallway at the elevators is small and you have to get a buggy or cart for your luggage. Was chaotic during check-in and check out times. The pool was nice and often not overly crowded. The security walks regularly to make sure no one is there that shouldn't be. The beach was great. Crowded but not terribly so. Great seashell hunting!!! Biggest negative thing for me, on night two we walked to the beach to look for crabs and shells. We left our shoes along the wooden walkway, along with several others, and my discontinued croc sandals and my daughter's Birkenstocks were STOLEN. My husband's sandals were moved from atop of ours, so it was an obvious intentional theft.

The garbage was taken out and dirty linens place by washer and dryer. The experience was not " gold star" more like motel 6 . We already paid over 5000 surely that included a cleaning fee. Also paid an extra fee for damage ect. If you don't want children at you establishment you should let your customers know. Fingerprints on doors and one empty package left under a bed is hardly a mess to charge a $400 cleaning fee! This all after a broken stove , ice maker, grill and internet . Oh and don't forget the roaches! Multiple family members stayed here and it cost a lot to go out to eat every meal after wasting so much at the grocery that could not be cooked, do no recommend! And no I was not a guest of a guest I paid part of the money to stay here along with other family member. We can't put every person on the contract that makes no sense?! (1) The booking got messed up so we had to stay in 2 different rooms on our 2 night stay. Check-out was at 10am after night 1 and we couldn't get into the second room until check-in at 4pm. Except the room wasn't ready at 4pm. (2) The night security put a nasty-gram on my truck about it getting towed for not having the parking pass displayed on the dash. He left it under my windshield wiper DIRECTLY ABOVE WHERE THE PASS WAS DISPLAYED - I kid you not. (3) The obviously too small staff was over worked, didn't seem to have authority to do anything, and while apologetic seemed resigned to the situation. I felt bad for them frankly. There were several other things I could mention but suffice it to say that overall it was a bad experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
