After a few days my wife and I started not feeling well. As we started to look closer around the unit we noticed multiple locations of mold in the bathroom walls and living area ceiling. Rust in the dishwasher along with rotted/swelling cabinets and flooring not finished with gaps and cracks. Going into this units we understand imperfections and wear and tear. As far as mold and rust, totally unacceptable especially at the rates they charge for the facilities.

We got Married on the Beach there in 2024 and went back for our Anniversary this year 2025. When we went on our Wedding, The Resort, had not Acknowledge that It had Wedding and Honeymooners there, However a Manager Realized it on our 5th day there, and Apologized and sent up Champagne and Parting Gifts to take home with us. We thought that was Very Thoughtful! (My hubby misplaced her card, so I can't recall her name, but I Pray she sees this, if so, I want to say THANK YOU!!) It was still Just as Peaceful, Beautiful, With Awe-Inspiring Views! The Sunrise and Sunset views, Simply Magical. We like to get the LARGE sweet... Well, because we simply Like to. Each stay was an 8 day stay, and it always seems To Fly By, but I guess Magical TIMES usually do. The rooms are Clean, Spacious, Nicely Decorated and we are pretty much, are there in our Own World, until we Exit, as we Desire it! Oh and I will Not to forget that The Resort is Beautiful and Staff, Friendly. We plan on Making it a Yearly, and Maybe a couple of times a Year, Same Room, Same Length of time!(Though we extended a day this stay LOL) We were just in our Zone, but realized One day Extension would be enough, as we had to get back home!

Also, if you have a boat, you can pull up to the dock at certain parts that aren't reserved for the condo owners. Where do I even begin? This stay was horrific from the booking process. I took my daughter to Gulf…read moreShores with three of her girlfriends to celebrate her 21st birthday. we stayed at The Landing. This condo community treated my girls like pieces of sh!t the entire time we were there. my daughter is deaf and requires hearing aids, of which she can't wear in the pool for obvious reasons, so the girls were talking exceptionally loud so my daughter could hear, and their language offended someone bad enough for them to call the cops on the girls. Instead of acting like civilized humans and asking the girls to lower their volume or watch their language, they called the cops. The police were so kind and said they had 20 unnecessary calls that day, ours being one of them (way to waste the cops resources). Then they threatened to tow our second vehicle because it didn't have a parking pass, of which it did. That's not to mention the condition of any cooking utensil or pot or pan. Bring your own unless you want teflon flakes in your food. The lights flickered when the microwave was in use (oh and if your microwaving for quickness, don't). It took about 20 minutes for one of the girls to cook a frozen food that on a normal microwave would take 2 minutes. The lights flickered anytime a hair dryer was used. The dishwasher was not screwed into the counter so you had to pull the dishwasher out to even shut the door. A lightbulb went out in the master bathroom and it was never fixed, the TVs played only stations from the 1990s, so if you need TV to sleep, bring your own. Zero streaming service, but oh wait, they left one DVD to watch, so generous ‍. The mattress in the spare bedroom was 57 years old and you could feel every spring. Chairs on the patio will flip you on your @$$ if you're not careful. A full time resident fell over drunk right at the entrance of the complex one day, but I'm pretty sure it was whoever was complaining about my girls nonstop, because after we helped her drunk @$$ up, no more trouble. We weren't the problem, it was the"association" filled with old jealous bitties that didn't like me and my girls staying there because they are young and fun and GORGEOUS! So, to end this review, do not stay at the Landing if you're under 75, taking young people to enjoy a week at the beach. Don't stay Here if you wish to cook any at all. I forgot the toaster also didn't work. Do not stay here if you don't want to be harassed the entire time.
