NOT THE PLACE TO SEND OUT SHEETS FOR PRESSING! I work on a yacht and we needed to send sheets out to be washed and ironed. They were nice enough to pick them up the same day and return it the next. This all sounds great until I got them back! I sent the sheets out in large ziplock bags with labels on them to indicate size and quantity, in strong shopping bags that the boat uses for large shopping trips to the supermarket. I figured that they would have the common sense to put the sheets back in there and return them to us the way we've organized it so I don't have to spend another 30 minutes opening each set to see which bed they fit. BUT NO! Our sheets arrived in clear garbage bags, not labeled and the king size sheets were badly ironed and a duvet cover was not pressed at all!!! DO YOU THINK I GOT MY BAGS BACK??? FYI... NO! The delivery person promised me that he will drop them off the next morning. WERE THEY DROPPED OFF? OF COURSE NOT! Called them a few times and they had no explanation but that they are trying to get them. HAVE I HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN? NOOOOO...... BUT WHO CAN BLAME THEM? THEY WERE NICE BAGS! THEY PROBABLY THOUGHT... LET'S JUST KEEP THEM AND HOPEFULLY THEY WON'T NOTICE!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to go to the store and get a million small plastic bags to pack away 3 shopping carts full of stuff and drag them into a cab then onto a boat. Good laundromat, usually one of 3 women who work there are there 7-7. 2 of the 3 are fabulous, always friendly, and always helpful... I have learned to just avoid the other one who always has an attitude, hiding behind the desk, texting on her cell phone.. Lots of washers and big dryers for self serve. I'm in and out in just about an hour which is a real treat! Always clean and has an okay sitting area with a TV to watch. I have no complains except the lady with the major attitude problem! :) read more

My dry cleaning was running late due to vehicle issues, and I had to catch a red-eye flight the following morning. I contacted the owner, and they pulled out all the stops to make sure I got my suit on time! Very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic! read more

The friendly ladies here always help me in a pinch- I have to get lots of shirts dry cleaned and pressed for my husband here along with some sewing stuff from time to time and everything comes back spotless and well done- also more inexpensive than most dry cleaners in the area. read more

Brought my comforter here to get cleaned. When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready yet. They had explained that the stuffing in the comforter bunched up when they tried to clean it (which is what I wanted to avoid happening in the first place by bringing it to a dry cleaner). They proceeded to open up the stitching and - without consulting me first - brought it to a tailor to re-sew the stuffing. I did not know about this until I was told it was ready to be picked up. Brought it home, opened the bag and the whole comforter REEKS of musty cigarette smell. It took me several days to finally get in touch with the owner and they refused to reimburse me for the damage and tried blaming it on the manufacturer. The owner also tried to claim he didn't have a chance to check the blanket before giving it to me, even though I was told it was ready and was wrapped up in a bag. They "re-cleaned" it, making it smell like they dumped a bunch of Febreeze on it, and did not reimburse for the cleaning. After all of that, I just rewashed at home twice to get the Febreeze smell out. Do yourselves a favor and spend the extra $5 at another cleaners who won't tear apart your things and return them infused with cigarette stench. read more
