When we first moved to Rhode Island, we were moving from Hawaii and because of that, our things…read moretook almost literally forever to get out to the East coast. This meant that we did not have a washer and dryer for months, and we had to use rental facilities in order to clean our clothes and that is how we found this place. This is not our first rodeo by far. We have had multiple military moves and every time we've had to find a place to do laundry because otherwise you're going to run out of clean clothes real fast. On my first trip out here, I was optimistic and hopeful that we would have an easy time of getting our clothes washed. When I arrived, I was exceedingly dismayed to see how many people were there in contrast with how many units were in the facility. I thought to myself wow, they have a ton of washers and dryers, why are all these people waiting for just a couple washers and dryers? I then very quickly found out that the reason everybody was waiting for one or two particular units was because all the rest of them were broken. I don't know if it's because they don't care to fix their items or they're trying to force people into growing weary and paying them to do their laundry ( which is something they do offer) but I do know that this is very inconvenient for me and was very inconvenient for everybody else. It took me hours to get my laundry done because of how few of their washers and dryers were actually able to do what they are there to do. When I was done with this chapter of my life I was super relieved. I was glad that I didn't have to use one or two units in a giant laundromat of broken washers and dryers and go through all my quarters. Now with covid, I'm even more glad that this chapter of my life is behind me but I feel bad for people who still have to use this facility. There were times when I was there that I also felt unsafe with other people doing their laundry and leering at me or being awkward with personal space and boundary issues. I don't know what they're doing here but it's not great and it's definitely not providing a quality laundry service for aquidneck residents.

They clearly did not read the dry cleaning instructions on the tag so they stained the top of the pants. Sad to say but I would not trust these dry cleaners with any of my clothing items.

The suit was returned LATE, the collar shirt was RUINED & NEVER RETURNED, & I wasn't even contacted regarding my suit or shirts condition until I came in to investigate; I was completely left out of the loop regarding MY clothing. This place is horrible & should be shut down immediately. I am currently out of a perfectly good Jos. A. Bank collar shirt thanks to this place. The lady running this place wasn't helpful at all in this matter & even has the audacity to be annoyed that I'm demanding reparations for her incompetence. DO NOT GO HERE! 0/5 Stars

I brought a dry cleaning order to Del Nero in early December, which included a custom-made dress…read morefrom my rehearsal dinner. My dress featured a large silk bow. During the cleaning process, the bow was unnecessarily removed and misplaced. When I picked up the dress from Del Nero, it still had a stain and was missing the bow. After a few days, the dry cleaner located the bow, and after some back and forth about my disappointment stated the owner would not be willing to assume the cost of having the dress sent off to the designer for repair, but assured me they could properly re-clean the dress and have their seamstress restore it to its original state. I provided several reference photos and requested they contact me with any questions. I received no communication. In mid-January, after the holidays, I realized I had never been contacted about my dress. When I reached out, the receptionist claimed she had left a voicemail, but I had no record of it. Upon retrieving my dress, I found that the stain was still present, the bow was reattached incorrectly, and a safety pin with cardboard tag had been put through the silk, putting holes in the fragile fabric. I was not offered a refund, and my dress was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Del Nero.
