She's medium sized and not fluffy what so ever , she was there for 5 hours we ended up having to go up to the store. Soon as we got there they said she was ready and they lost her pet card and didn't know who she belonged to or what her name was !!! While I was waiting for them to bring her to me they sat on instagram scrolling lol . I have no idea how long my dog was just sitting in a kennel . We called around the three hour mark to simply CHECK on our dog because that's our baby !! A rude older women picked up the phone and reminded us that they will call us when they are done . The recommended food options have helped tremendously with her allergies, and every visit feels like a positive experience for her--she always gets to make new friends, try new treats, and pick out new toys. On our most recent visit, we purchased Merrick Beef, Bison, and Sweet Potato dry food, and I'm truly hopeful it will continue to benefit her as she turns 7 this April. We also picked up Blue Buffalo wet food, choosing the Porterhouse and Filet Mignon pâté flavors, which are perfect for her small teeth. Every product recommendation feels thoughtful and well-suited to her needs. Recently, our veterinarian discovered that Gracie has a heart murmur, so we're doing everything possible to keep her healthy and comfortable for as long as we can. I picked out a stunning royal blue and red Delta Tail male betta fish who is perky, active, and absolutely beautiful. I have stopped twice, once in the AM and 3:30PM. When I stopped in AM, they did try to fit me later in the day but I wasn't available to come in. When I stopped in PM, they told mw they couldn't do any services THAT day. I would try to call ahead of time before stopping in so you don't waste your time.

The room is large enough for any size dog. I was able to wash a 150lbs foster "pup" with ease. There is a large raised bathing area to avoid "killing" your back. You don't have to worry about trying to lift your pooch as there is a ramp for access. They provide all the needed bathing essentials, from towels, a waterproof apron, and various natural soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, and towels. If your dog isn't afraid of loud noises there is also a blow dryer available to assist with drying your dog. Once you finish your can treat your freshly cleaned friend to a large variety of treats. All the treats are organic and reasonably priced.
