So I use Yelp a lot (like 500+ reviews a lot) but always for restaurants. I tried finding a plumber as I wanted reliable, local and small business with great reviews and many star ratings. I also wanted honest and trustworthy as I was asking someone to go into my elderly parents house to do a home repair that I would normally complete for them. Guilt! The Yelp search distribution was a great service and Proficient responded quickly and gained my confidence with our phone call. My parents and their caregiver were comfortable with the employee and the cost was reasonable and met my expectations. Proficient Plumbing is now in my phone contacts for any future needs.

I cannot say enough how amazing Triumph is. I called them for a quote on replacing my gas hot water…read moreheater and they were one of several companies I had contacted to get quotes from. They were the only one to call back the next week and follow up to check and see if I had any questions or concerns and to see how everything went during the Quote call. They are a locally owned small business which I was specifically looking for to do the work. Eric, the owner came to provide the quote and was so personable and down to earth. I have an older gas boiler as well and while all of the other companies tried to upsell me on a new all in one unit he did not say anything about the boiler which, still works fine and I gave had no issues with. He spent time explaining the work involved to replace my unit and providing me the options and details of what he would be pricing out. Their price was inline with other quotes and they use multiple brands instead of just one. Whereas other places were quoting me on a lower BTU unit, which was the basic model, he quoted me based on a higher BTU unit and higher end unit which I appreciated. The one thing I especially appreciated was they were not trying to upsell anything. They don't operate that way because they are homeowners as much as business owners and understand people are not interested in the upsell and just want to get an honest price for the work needed. This means a lot because the whole experience was very relaxed and stress free. I actually had them also do a tune up of my boiler at the same time and they said everything was working fine given it's age it was working great so that was great to know and the fact that they are not pushing anything or playing salesman meant a lot. They sent me the proposal with all of the costs broken out and I could accept and sign up through the quote which was easy. Lexi handles all of the administrative end and and does all the follow up is amazing. She explains everything in detail and answers any questions and follow right up. They actually had a cancellation and called to say they could come then which I did. Eric and a helper showed up in the morning and were all finished up and out by noon. My install had some additional labor as the gas line had to be dismantled to get the old unit out and new one in so I thought this was pretty quick. They did an amazing job, were so respectful of my home and cleaned up better than they found it. He also showed everything they did and explained the settings and how to adjust everything as well. Was an amazing experience from start to finish and I now have an amazing company to handle my plumbing needs which is what I was looking for as well. They do anytime of plumbing and heating work as well as bathroom renovations as well. If you are looking for a great local small business for plumbing and heating and one that is not going to try and sell you anything, they are the ones to use. I could not be happier.

They had to dig beneath one of the garden beds and were careful to lift out each of the plants so we could easily replant when the job was done.
