They are amazing trainers who really care about your long term progress. They offer a gym membership with 24hr access for $75 a month. And they offer personal training packages which are a steal...(I got the monthly $600/month 5x a week , which comes out to about $30 per 1hr session...which come on.... Here, Fernando, the owner, is first class. He is in and around the gym regularly and highly involved. The gym itself has everything you need to improve your fitness from treadmills, bikes, free weights, squat racks, and an array of classes to choose from. Every time I went there I felt welcomed and safe. Everyone gets a spray bottle and and a towel on the way in to make sure things are clean. Which brings me to my next point - the members. As any gym goer knows, the members of a gym can make or break an experience. The other gym members here are respectful and considerate which heightens the experience for everyone. Unfortunately, later that day, I was injured very badly walking my friend's large dog that took off running with my arm in the leash. I required surgery about a week later and could not workout for 6 weeks for recovery. Now I am ready to go back and resume the 7 classes I have left in my package to see they are "expired". Nowhere in website or payment site does it state anything about the 8 classes package ever expiring, much less in 30 days, or require classes be taken within 30 days of payment. Nor do they provide any info about pausing for an emergency; presumably because that would not be needed if the packages don't expire in 30 days. They clearly know the concept because their 3 class package clearly states 30 day booking window. They have an option for packages to be a subscription too, but it's not required. I have contacted the company 2x and am ignored. This is false/misleading billing and/or subscription based billing practices. This is a very bad way to do business, they should not ignore their patrons, and they should not mislead people and take their money for nothing. Such a disappointment. I liked the classes, instructors, and location.
