I appreciated that there was no price difference whether we did them concurrently versus sequentially. We went with the latter so that we could have a bathroom available for everyone to use. Bonus shout outs to their subcontractors who did electrical, tiles, and cabinets because they were extremely friendly, timely, and clean. I'd recommend Zenith for your bathroom remodeling needs.

My husband and I have had our fair share of interesting (mostly bad) experiences with…read morecontractors/construction. I knew that whatever house project we worked on next, I was going to hire someone who could bring the quality we wanted. I first reached out to Zenith Builder about potential home projects and met with Zuriel in 2023. He was honest and gave his perspective on the different options we were considering. We ended up not going through with any projects at that time because everything was out of our budget and we needed to figure out what we wanted. Fast forward to this past April, we finally decided to remodel our garage. I didn't even hesitate and knew I wanted to hire Zenith. Zuriel came out again and talked through the details of the different options we were considering. Once we decided on the initial scope, they started and worked quickly. The project manager was really communicative and easy to work with. When we added scope in the middle of the project, Zuriel was transparent about the additional costs and even though we approved over text, he would still quickly put together the documentation to send over for approval. If you're looking for a stress-free experience in remodeling/construction, look no further because Zenith is your answer. After the experiences we had, Zenith is worth every penny. I will use them again when we do our next home renovation.

After being displaced from my home for 9 months due to a major water loss, I can honestly say that…read moremoving back home has been such a relief and a huge part of that is because of Sam and his team. From start to finish, Sam was professional, efficient, and incredibly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the project, answered my many questions, and was always willing to take the time to discuss options with me. As someone who wanted to be intentional about every decision, I really appreciated that he helped me think through materials, finishes, and products to make sure they were the right fit for my home. I am absolutely in love with how everything turned out... especially my bathrooms, the kitchen backsplash, and the beautifully restored cabinetry. The transformation is amazing. Because this was an insurance claim, there were many moving pieces, and Sam worked seamlessly with my public adjuster and everyone involved in the process. Prior to working with Sam, I consulted with at least 7 other contractors and Sam was able to offer the most reasonable and seemingly honest cost, he had a waitlist, and I was willing to wait - I am glad that I did. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable and honest!

These were small jobs, but he treated them with the same care as a bigger project. No job is too small for him!! The work was done efficiently and cleanly, and his prices were very reasonable, basically what non-licensed contractors would charge. He let me buy all the materials myself and very kindly handled the bigger items like vent pipes for FREE. Sam's quote is just the labor, so you are not charged a markup on your quote for any material cost. There were a few surprises along the way, and he took care of the extra work without charging extra. He also demoed the kitchen tiles nicely and even did some extra paint work and tile grout for free. He makes sure the project will be done well! Sam is honest and practical. He suggested I wait to install a kitchen vent until a future renovation. I still went ahead with it, but it was nice to hear someone not trying to upsell me. I can trust Sam's opinion for the job and not worry that I am being exploited by my lack of home renovation knowledge. Communication was great, the quote was detailed, and he kept my home protected and clean during the work. It's been four months since the job was finished and everything is still perfect. Reliable, honest, and skilled...I'll definitely hire Sam again.

He delivered outstanding customer service, quality work, and smooth communication. The pricing was transparent and fair. He is also very detail-oriented with his work and has a positive problem-solving attitude. My job was not the most straightforward due to working with an older building, but he really put himself in the client's shoes to offer solutions that met my goals and budget, leaving no stones unturned from the planning phase to the final inspection. He also valued my input and offered his candid advice on what would work versus not. His team was also fantastic -- both Chris and his team were very respectable of my place and cleaned up *everyday* after their job, where not all contractors would do that. I appreciated that because I was living at my place during the project and it meant a lot that they cared for their client's well-being. However, since I did not have many options here I had to just pray and trust that Leo would not be a scammer like the rest. I took the risk and trusted in Leo to help me solve the problem that my restroom was dealing with and I can say that Leo really went above and beyond in every step of the way. Leo was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be that the previous contractors never did hot mop in my shower which was causing for the water to come out from the bottom. Leos communication throughout the process was excellent, detailed, and he addressed every concern I had with a great attitude, and ensured everything was resolved to my satisfaction. We've interviewed a few home builders, checked out their work and reputation, and eventually decided to go with Gil, Oren, and the whole team of Go Home Builders. Working with the insurance was a pain, luckily Gil had experience working with Allstate insurance before, and he helped us a lot getting the money we needed to rebuild our home. The planning process took a bit longer than what we initially planned for. The county of LA took their sweet time approving our plans. Fortunately, after 2 sets of revisions we were fully approved. The construction wasn't bad at all, they had plenty of guys working on our home at the same time. The only time there was no work, was on inspection days. The finishes was one thing that was extremely important for us. My wife and I are detail oriented and wanted to make sure we're choosing the right company to do the finish work correctly. All I can say is that they exceeded my expectations. Overall the beginning of the process was extremely emotional challenging, but the whole team of Go Home Builders made us feel like we're not alone. My wife and I are very grateful for them. I'd highly recommend.

Go Home Builders did a wonderful job with our primary bathroom remodel. We interviewed multiple…read morecompanies and went with GHB since they seemed the most design-forward and client-friendly of the bunch, and gave us a reasonable quote too. I had a rough vision in mind for fitting a lot into a relatively small space, but wanted to see the options rendered so I could better make the big layout and design decisions. Alexis was very patient and super helpful in mocking up each iteration until we locked in the final design. Once it was time to actually break ground, Gil, Oren, Uriel, and the rest of the team were really responsive and always available by text. Unlike previous contractors we've worked with, they usually gave us an idea of what was happening the next day/week and who to expect onsite. The first ~70% of the project went really smoothly and far exceeded my expectations. Demo, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical all largely went without a hitch. We ran into some problems towards the end around communication, timeline, and subcontractor oversight -- which led to more delays when someone punctured our new in-wall toilet tank and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We know every construction job runs into challenges so we weren't bent out of shape by it, and we did appreciate that GHB took full responsibility for fixing the issues. By and large we were really impressed by most of their subcontractors, especially the very professional and considerate plumbing, electrical, and tiling teams! After living with our new bathroom for a while now, we can definitely say it was worth the wait, and such a huge improvement over our previous dysfunctional layout. Thanks to GHB for their great service, amazing attitude, attention to detail, and for bringing the bright, colorful bathroom of my dreams to life!
