First of all, Used Car lots are there for cash buyers and bad credit customers. Don't go in expecting a "perfect car" because they are a "dealership". Do your own due diligence by bringing all of your paperwork needed for financing, bring your own mechanic to look at the car if you are unsure and be prepared to wait awhile. This all goes for any Used Car Dealers. All of these bad reviews are just placing blame on someone else because they didn't do their own investigation. I went to Ocean Auto because I literally needed a car that day for my daughter and I. I knew walking in the price would be higher because of my horrific credit caused by life events. I was there a long time, but I could hear the guys working hard to find a bank that would finance me. I got the payment I could afford and an awesome car at a decent price. I came in with all of my paperwork that any finance company would want (pay stubs, utility bill, insurance, bank statements and drivers license). Ocean Auto worked so hard for us and for that I am eternally grateful. It was a HUGE miracle for me and will help repair my credit in the mean time. I didn't bring a mechanic, so I don't know what will happen at this time, but if something does go wrong, that is on me not them for not bringing a person to check out the car. Honestly, they have an excellent selection of cars at fair market value and the tools to get you the deal you need. If you have excellent credit, go to a new car dealership, if you have cash or need to rebuild credit by having a second chance, go to Ocean Auto. I'm grateful ever hour for my running car. This Dealership is horrible, I purchased a vehicle back in August of last year and explained to the salesman that I lived out of state but I work here in California. I told him I would be registering the vehicle in my home state, he gave me a form and assured me that it would be all i needed to do was take it to the local DMV in my home state and obtain the registration and title. I was really shocked when I contacted Ocean Auto Sales to ask a simple question about a car they had listed for sale. A guy named Wally answered the phone and he was instantly pushy. He did not want to answer my questions, but was instead bent on getting me into the dealership. He mocked me for knowing the value of the car I was calling about and numerous times spoke to me in a manner suggesting he thought he might be able to intimidate me with his special insight (not!). He straight up refused to disclose the information I sought. Also they lied about the car in their ad saying it had leather seats when clearly it had cloth seats. I was so skeptical of the interaction that I started searching the internet for other people's experiences, and everywhere you look, this dealership screams "RUN!" Look at the BBB complaints and reviews. Look at the Cars.com reviews. Look at the Google reviews. When so many people tell you that this business is a danger to your well being, believe them! There is no room in our cities for scoundrels. There are too many good businesses. No matter your situation, you do not have to resort to this type of behavior. Worst car buying experience ever. Worst customer service experience as well. We were yelled at and eventually had to call the cops to get the owner of Ocean Auto Sales to cooperate. In the end we were shorted $800 for a car they illegally sold to us in the first place. We know that buying a used car can be a hit or miss on weather you get a good car but what we didn't prepare ourselves for was dealing with a dishonest salesman and the useless warranty they sold us. First red flag: When we bought the car we were told by Kent L. "You could practically rebuild the engine with this warranty." In the moment, it was comforting to us to know that the warranty should cover anything wrong with the car. Second red flag: Minutes after buying the car we removed the price sticker on the windshield which revealed a huge crack. Again, we realize buying a used car comes with issues like this, but we didn't really appreciate the fact that they didn't tell us about it beforehand. The Issues: Two days after we bought the car we were told by two different mechanics that it needed a new engine because it had rod knock. We spoke with the warranty people who came out and examined the car and came to the conclusion this was a pre-existing condition and that they would not be covering the repairs needed. Not only did we spend almost 10K on the car but we have to spend an extra 3.5K to get it fixed. This began our 2 week ordeal with Ocean Auto Sales and a story too long for a yelp review... Long story short, we were sold a car that did not have a current smog certificate so even though we bought it we would not be able to register it in our name until it did. In the state of CA, when transferring titles to a new name, you need to provide the buyer with a smog certificate that was dated within the last 90 days. This was not given to us. Because of this, Ocean Auto Sales gave us 2 options. We could take $1500 to go towards a new engine or we could return the car for a $500 restocking fee. We chose to return the car. We drove the hour it took to get back to Ocean Auto, used our own AAA trip to get the car back (we were told by the mechanics it was not safe to drive it) only to find out that Wally was charging us an extra $300 to return the car (a total of $800). When we commented that he had JUST told us on the phone $500, we were yelled at. Wally even lifted up his shirt to reveal a scar on his chest and he told us "people like you did this to me." I was there with my husband and 3 month old baby when he did this. At this point we did not feel safe. Wally kept going from his office, to the desk we were at threatening to cut the deal - unless we paid the extra $300. At this point, for our safety, and sanity (he was yelling a lot) we decided to sign the paper, grab the check and leave. I wish it ended here but it doesn't! Wally refused to give us a copy of the paper we had just signed. We would not leave until we got a copy of the paper. He tried to lock us out of the building, and he eventually grabbed the paper and drove off with it. This is where I called the cops. I informed Kent (his partner) that the cops were on the way (remember Wally drove off?) well, Wally came back pretty quickly after that and gave us what we wanted. I can tell you we learned a lot from this ordeal. The thing I'm most upset about though was the way he treated me and my husband. Not to mention my 3 month old that was present! Among the various things he yelled at us, he called us "entitled kids whose parents didn't teach us how to take responsibility." Says the man who just nearly took of his shirt and yelled at us to get what he wanted. I purchased a 2004 Acura RL from Ocean Auto that was represented as an exceptionally clean southern California car with absolutely no problems or issues. I live on the East Coast and thought it would be a good buy, although I normally never buy a car sight unseen. I hesitated about buying the car but went ahead with the purchase after being assured of the Acura's condition. When the RL arrived, the carrier tried to start the car, but the battery was completely dead. Upon inspection, I noticed the battery wasn't the same one as the photos sent from Ocean - it had been swapped and the battery cables were not even tightened down. After a half hour, the carrier was able to get the car started with a booster and jumper cables. I live a half mile from where the car was dropped off so I drove home with very dim lights, dash lights flickering and a rough-running engine. There also was a whining noise that changed with the RPMs. I recorded the issues and sent a video to Wally Hart pointing out the battery was swapped and tested bad by Autozone. I spent $190 to get a new one and requested to be reimbursed. Wally stated that the battery was new even though I showed him the Autozone test report. The whining noise is related to the transmission and the local Acura dealer quoted an estimate of at least $2400 or more to repair. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALER! Was lied to. Told needed to take my vehicle in to dealer to have a code put in so everything would work since they put in a new battery. That was not true. They totally lied it was not the code. It's another part that's about a $500-$600 fix. Contact them and they said sold as is but they told me everything worked just needed to get the code to reset everything Not true. Then trust me and dont even think about calling these unprofessional Liars, only hoping to rip off customer and cheat your money! Ocean Sales..are located south of Orange County about 50miles south from O.C Where i found a great reliable used Acura MDX silver with 160k miles, 1 owner history, clean title, with a pretty good deal of $7199.00 on CarFax website. Acura is luxury division of Honda, so mechanically its super reliable like Hondas..as long as you maintained them and serviced them. I liked the price and overall condition of the suv..so i called Ocean Auto on March 23rd 2018 around 4pm. Sales named Kent picked up. I told him the obvious..i liked it..i was buying it right out cash so i asked him to confirm the actual invoice total over the phone. Until then he was really cool and friendly. He sounded like he wanted me to come right away to pay for the car...but i told him ill have my cash ready by Monday. Kent confirmed my zipcode and ran the total...before this phonecall..i had already ran my calculation to make sure we are in the similar ball park. It was $7199, with 8.25% oc tax, and title fees..should be around $8100-8150..but i asked KENT that i will pay cash $8000 even. It was for about $100 discount, but he told me he would allow and rollback their sales price 2 months ago..which was a promo discount of $200...which the car was now $6999. Kent confirmed after oc tax and fees, it came out to $7997.00... he added a smog fee, which dealerships dont need to but i liked the car, i didnt argue about small additional $65 smog fee. I verbally confirmed the total of $7997 with Kent several times. He kept insisting this is a valid invoice total and he promises that i will only have to pay $7997 and NO MORE. Here is the FUN part... I had few pleasant past experiences with numerous different small to large dealerships...they promise you that nice lookin deal over the phone..they act and disguise themselves as your grand daddy...and once you get there..they change their price because of different reasons...market value change...another client wants it so they start a freakin bidding war like if its EBAY...or they simply wants more profit and they dont honor the promised total...instead all of them will add extra $500-$2500 to satisfy their need and force you to get ripped off because you drove an hour from home to get this nice car. That happened to me last Fall at a different dealership...5 times i confirmed the total with the sales...i take Uber 60miles and get there...they start bidding war...whoever pays most will take the car..its freakin illegal practices...rip off... So back to Ocean Sales...i politely yet Firmly asked and requested Kent to forward me the invoice for $7997 , so i can print it and this would definately honor my price. And because i KNOW the law...if they dont honor the invoice for some reason..the business could face a lawsuit. Which is a headache for owners... From that moment, Kent's voice changed and he started giving me excuses why that is not necessary. I told him firmly... i need it, are you going to send it or not? After an intense conversation, he replied witha deepest SIGH SMH mode...he said Ill work on it, ill email it to you..WHATS YOUR EMAIL? I exchanged all my info and expected the email within the night or atleast next morning because ive received invoices from dealerships before..it really doesnt take that long. Maybe 5? 15min? He just wanted to ask his boss, who probably said HECK NO! IGNORE HIM! Even after 3hrs, i havent got a call from him. I called between, but he was somehow unavailable twice. Theni got a missed call around 8pm...and voicemail saying Kent will email me the final invoice of $7997 next morning because his SCANNER is acting up weird and he needed a professional computer technician to repair it..OKAY... I waited next morning...nothing..its late afternoon next day...NOTHING.. no call, text, email. Hey Kent! I dont care or mind if you cannot keep your promise to sell the car at that price...but have some decency and respect to give a heads up to your customer..whos waiting for your call. Tell me if you CANT do it. Be honest. But dont disrespect customers time and play games. Its not cool. You guys are not gonna last long in the business like that. I know if i just took Uber to your office, which is 50miles away..and without an invoice in my hand, you guys can play games with the price. ITS NOT COOL. We purchased a used Chevy Tahoe here a couple months ago, unaware of the horrible reputation that Ocean Auto has. We sincerely wished we had read the poor reviews on Yelp and San Clemente Life FB group before buying here. The deal seemed legit when we signed the papers, we checked out the truck ourselves, we believed it was being sold to us in good faith. I mean, what type of person would let a family KNOWINGLY drive off their lot with a vehicle riddled with electrical and front end problems? It has had nothing but VERY expensive mechanical problems, which were verified by 2 separate mechanics in town who stated that the problems were definitely there before our purchase. Both mechanics in San Clemente were well aware of Wally and the type of garbage vehicles that Ocean Auto sells, both had multiple stories of other customers who had bad deals at Ocean Auto, and both mechanics cautioned us on ever dealing with him again. We have hardly been able to drive the truck as it has spent more time in the repair shop than on the road. Our estimate for repairs just this month is currently $2100. Wally and his minions take zero responsibility for the condition of vehicles sold here. They demand their car payment regardless! If I could call this place another sleazy dealership I would. Earlier in the week I put an application to finance an inexpensive car they had advertised. I have terrible credit so I have been looking around for someone who will work with me. When I called I spoke with a guy named Kent, who seemed pretty nice and assured me that they would do what they could to find me a vehicle to get into. I told him I needed a vehicle ASAP because my business depends on reliable transportation. Kent was not able to see my application for some reason so I resubmitted and waited for a call back. The next day I missed a call so I called back. Kent called about my inquiry I submitted two days prior but not the loan app. So I resubmitted it again.... I did that 2 more times and called back every day asking about my application. Kent was either busy or not in. I never got a call back and could never get a hold of him again. Today when I called, the guy said Kent was with a customer at the moment. He said HE could help me instead of Kent. Okay so I asked about my loan, he kept asking how much money I wanted to put down.. blah blah blah.... "Can you please just look at my application?" I kept asking over and over. "Oh I did a few days ago..." he said. What?! Are you serious? Why couldn't someone call me back. I kept asking if there was anything they could do for me, and finally he said "Nope! gotta pay cash" in a super rude tone. I saw an ad for a 2006 Xterra on cargurus.com. It was listed at $6999. I emailed them and that evening they called to set up an appointment for the following day. The next morning, I see that the list price had gone up by $2000. Little shady? Yeah, but I called them and they assured me they would honor the original list price, as though it were a big favor to only charge $1000 over blue book instead of $3000. So, I drive 3 hours to see this vehicle and not only was it in worse shape than they led me to believe, the salesman is pushy, and as soon as we pointed out a few problems with the vehicle (strange whining noise, non functional outside mirror, multiple scratches and scrapes, etc) his demeanor got progressively more rude and condescending. When we chose to leave, the boss came out, told me I didn't know what I was talking about (all Nissans make that noise) and as we were leaving, mocked our minivan. Stay away. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS THE EPITOME OF SLEAZY USED CAR DEALERSHIPS. I called this morning to verify that they had a car for sale that I saw on AutoTrader.com. A guy name Bob answered and said that the car was there, so I made the trip down to San Clemente to take a look. I got to the lot and Bob (the same guy who told me the car was there over the phone) informs me that it had been sold a couple of days earlier. He claimed that it was an honest mistake as he was off for a few days and that it was sold while he was gone. I accepted it as an honest mistake and went to leave, but Bob was not about to give up that easily. Bob proceeds to try and sell me on a different car. The car was clean and he was confident that he could get "the boss" to lower the price since I was paying cash. Well, the boss didn't lower the price but instead offered me a sweet sounding finance deal. I hate financing and didn't want to take the deal. When they brought out that dreaded car salesman paper with the four squares I knew that it was time to leave. Bob literally followed me about 150 yards to my car trying to get me to change my mind. Used Car Salesman to the fullest. I have been searching for the right car for a while now and I am tired of looking. So after viewing two other unimpressive cars, Bob's finance deal didn't sound too bad. It didn't hurt that Bob called me to tell me that the boss was open to working a new and even better deal. I called them back and discussed and new deal with Wally, "the boss". I really didn't want to finance, but the car was clean and in great condition, plus with the cash I had I could pay it off in a couple of months. Wally said that as long as I had the cash it was a done deal. I went back. This time with my wife and kids thinking I'd be driving the car home. I gave them the cash, filled out some paperwork, and everything seemed to be done. Bob asked for my proof of insurance and I went to the car to get it. When I came back, Bob had new paperwork showing a different price and payments much higher than we discussed. When I asked him what that new paper was he said, "Just some numbers. Have a seat." I stayed standing but glanced over the paperwork. They were trying to get me to put more money down and to pay a payment $188 higher than what we agreed upon! Well, I demanded my cash back and Wally came to try and save the deal. Wally tried to explain the new numbers but I was done. The whole bait and switch thing had made me sick and I was ready to go. I demanded my cash again and Wally pulls it from his pocket!!! He was hesitant to give it to me, and kept trying to plead his case and discuss these new numbers while holding on to MY money. I was livid! This guy had my hard earned cash in his possession and was refusing to give it to me. It was infuriating and my mood changed quickly. I guess that Wally could tell that I wasn't playing around because he soon started counting out my cash. He kept trying to explain to me that he needed to charge more because they weren't making anything on the deal. This too was a lie because the car was already priced well over blue book. Not to mention, they had shown me what they'd paid for the car earlier when I was trying to work a cash deal. For the record, my down payment was more than they'd paid for the car. I guess that Wally forgot that detail. Anyway, I'd had enough. I walked away and guess what? BOTH Wally and Bob followed me and my family to our car. Wally was yelling something about how he was willing to go back to the original deal (then why did you try and screw me?), and Bob was just trying to get his commission to come back on the lot. Okay, so I am a fool, an old fool, which is worse! I went in to look at vehicles today (6/12/2016). I decided on a 2004 Toyota Matrix. I took it home (1 mile) called my auto insurance company to let them have all the relevant information, and was told "it's not a safe vehicle" and I would have to pay double in yearly insurance. I came home and called Ocean Auto Sales; explained the situation and was told that I had signed an "As-Is No warranty" - so they as much as said "your loss, our gain." I thought that there was a law stating that you can return something within a certain period of time. Be careful before you spend thousands of dollars on something that is classed "not safe." I'm a woman of nearly 74, and this is how they run their business. Sad. ---- Update: I just looked through the paperwork and saw that not only was I going to pay cash, but OCEAN AUTO actually included a payment schedule of $389.94 for 36 months. Thankfully, I saw that just BEFORE I signed; otherwise these creeps would have got me for even more of my hard-earned money. June 22nd. Went to Triple A to get vehicle registered. They checked info and told me "this vehicle is still under the owner's name" so I said "you mean ocean auto?" and they replied "no, the original owner" -- so I went back to ocean auto -- one guy supposedly working there today; told him the problem and his reply "i'm just a dude" -- whatever that was supposed to mean. I ended up having to write a notice to the owners of ocean auto, telling them that I am driving a vehicle which still belongs to someone else; and that the police can stop me at any time. It's been an absolute nightmare -- Don't do what I did --- stay away from ocean auto. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. read more

They didn't follow though on ANYTHING! They didn't even send me my new license plates and registration for 5 MONTHS! And when they did, someone had taken the tabs out of the package. When I called them to find out if they could get me new tabs, they basically told me it was my problem. Not to mention after I bought the car I took it to the manufacture, and the repairs that the car needed totaled nearly $2000! Here's an honest review: This is not the top selling dealership in the country. It's not for people with A1 credit. It's not for a long term solution. What it is: A way out of a very bad situation. Ocean Auto helped me when I was at my lowest point in life. I had my 2nd car repossessed and my credit was in the dumps. They worked with a company that was willing to loan me the money to buy a car that saved my family. I was a single mom with 3 children and we needed the minivan they sold me. What's more, I was able to sell the van to another family in need 3 years later, pay off my loan and buy a brand new car with better credit established. If your situation is not good, these guys will give you an opportunity to start again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! found a Jeep Wrangler advertised on Car Gurus 8/24/17 and purchased same date. I met a very personable man, Kent who helped me and repeatedly gave me every assurance in the World that it was a cosmetic only fix. I asked for the 2 day buyback (return) option so I could have my mechanic look at it. I was told that option was unnecessary due to the thorough inspections they had performed AND that it was $400-$600 additional monies (not true. There are certain LEGAL amounts a dealer is bound to ) this vehicle was $5700 so nowhere NEAR that range. They assured me that if any issues were found I could bring it back and they would "do the right thing" and "take care of it" A MAJOR issue was found. The exhaust manifold was leaking. In FACT, it is ILLEGAL in the State of California to sell a vehicle with a faulty emissions component. When I returned, Kent was a changed man. Not only did he literally run and HIDE from me, he used his approximately 5 year old adorable son as a Human Shield! Pathetic, but effective. Not only did the Dealer FLAT OUT refuse to work with me in ANY way, the salesman REFUSED to provide me with either "his Boss" info (name/phone contact) OR the Business Owner Name or Contact information. He refused to let me speak with anyone else. When I did find out who the Owner was .. Wallace Hart... I recognized that he had been there the whole time.... also "hiding". These guys are something else! Grown Men!! At one point, he simply LEFT in the middle of the "conversation" for almost 45 minutes and went to 7-11. It has come to my knowledge that this vehicle has been SOLD BY THEM previously and RETURNED TO THEM. They did not disclose this information. Also required by law. They ALSO overcharged me for the California DMV Registration Fee by over 300 PERCENT!! Charged $300 on a $52 Registration. This vehicle cost me OVER $2000 to repair mechanically. ALL fluids/filters were FILTHY and clearly had NOT been inspected/serviced. Even the spare tire was flat as can be! The Dealer also promised me a Detail since they claimed it had "just come in their lot". They refused to even do this small basic courtesy. I believe this business preys upon people with not many resources to defend themselves. Noone would finance me because my credit and work history are shot, so they fought to finance me themselves. However, they sold me a car and failed to tell me that the headlights don't work. And now they're trying to slow play me on fixing them, but I don't even trust them to get that done so I'm taking it to a mechanic to get done. Who the hell puts a car on a lot for sale, without making sure the lights work? When I asked them about it, they said they THINK that whoever put in the after market HID lights, must have wired it wrong. I'm gonna make my payments to pay my car off, but I'm done with these people. ***UPDATE*** My car also has a gas leak. Fuck Ocean Auto Sales. Got a great deal on a SUPER clean 2001 Lexus RX300. Had some miles on it, so i took it to my favorite service place and they said she was completely clean. didn't need ANYthing. a few weeks later, the transmission started acting up. took it back to my service guys and it just need the transmission control module reset. So, after sale, i've spent $200 (pennies!) for peace of mind, since i didn't have time to get it checked out before i bought it. Nice guys and willing to work with me on the price a bit. We were sold a 2005 Jeep Cherokee. Had our own financing in place and didn't pay very much over blue book. As we were leaving the lot the sales man told us "the only thing he could honestly say was wrong was a loose door handle". Okay no big. Flash forward 5 days later I'm on the freeway (9 months pregnant and have my 5 year old in the car) and the vehicle comes to a grinding stop. Thank GOD we were not hit. Come to find out we need a whole new transmission $3000. Our mechanic then informs us that there was a pending check engine light that had been tampered with. What a joke. And my children and husband were placed in an unsafe car, how do they sleep at night? Needless to say we will be in small claims court to get our money back for the new transmission. read more

Please save yourself the trouble and don't go here. If for some reason you want to disregard the reviews and give it a try, call and ask for Kent. This is a 1 star place but separately Kent is 5 stars. Quick review: this is the epitome of sleazy used car dealerships. Terrible business with overpriced cars in poor condition. Long version: I saw the car online and requested more information which is how I was introduced to Kent who called the next day to tell me more about the car. I was interested in a Subaru and instead of jumping right into the specs of the car he took the time to just talk to me and ask why I was interested in a Subaru and get to know me, which I appreciated and put me at ease. We talked about subies in general and then he told me more about the car and it's history. I have never met him but he was a great guy over the phone and I told him I'd come look at the car the next day. That's where everything went downhill... I called the morning of to let them know I'd be coming and what I was looking for, this time I talked to Hector and he said he'd be ready for me. I walked on the lot, by myself, met Hector introduced myself, the 20 something female with great credit that works for a tech company in a male dominated industry, who has a brother that's a trained mechanic who even worked for BMW for some time. I was later met by my father who I asked to come simply so we could spend some time together. Hector did not know anything about the car, not even how many miles it had, and instead went to his go to comment of simply how great a car it is. I even asked questions that I knew the answer to, thanks to Kent the day before, and Hector would just say that it was a great car and then say, "don't you like it?" When we got back onto the lot and inside the office, Hector told me to sit down on the other side of the room while he sat my dad down with him at his desk and then began to only talk to him. They don't use CarFax but some lesser known service which showed that the car was well over priced. Throughout the entire morning I was nothing but polite and respectful but I made it clearly known that I, myself, would be purchasing the car and I was the one that they should be talking to. But again he must have not understood that and needed to hear it from another guy because only after my dad restated that I'm buying this and that they should be talking to me, they quickly tried to change gears and focus on me and I was done at that point. I asked for Kent and was told he wasn't working that day and then Hector pulled out that famous, "don't you like it? It's a great car" phrase again and handed me his card while I left. Through several phone calls later, even sharing with Kent about my unpleasant experience, they continued to check up on me. My last phone call with Kent was about me buying another sport limited Impreza wagon in perfect condition that I love, for a great deal from a dealership that respected me. read more

I bought a 2006 Mercedes Benz from Ocean auto sales. I was told that this car was the original owners personal vehicle and that it was in "pristine" shape. I drove it for 5 days. It's been in the shop for 3 weeks now, and the year $1400 warranty I bought would not cover the repairs. Today after being told that I wouldn't have to pay a dime on the repairs, I was called and told to come pick up the car.... for $600 dollars. Fuck these MAGGOTS. I bought a car that required several hundred dollars worth of work within the first few days of owning it and Wally's attitude was "tough shit, it's a done deal." Now, many months later I am having to deal with the LA parking violations bureau because Ocean Auto failed to file the paperwork on my trade-in and whoever ended up with the car has been racking up parking tickets in my name. I wouldn't give any stars for this dealer. Don't buy from this dealer unless you're a mechanic. I bought a truck from these crooks and was given the assurance that it runs perfect. First of all when taking the truck for a test drive there was absolutely no gas and they wouldn't put any in it. Truck was a 4x4 and I wasn't given the chance to test it. Unfortunately I went ahead and bought it and after getting gas and driving it home it would not shift to the higher gear on the freeway. It also was leaking coolant or should I say rusty water. After getting home I found there is a leak in the thermostat area. I also checked the trans fluid and it was low so I added some and the next morning all I added leaked out on my driveway. These people just purchase cars at the auction don't do anything to them then put them up for sale for unsuspecting consumers. read more
