    These guys were great. I bought an amazing jeep at the best price online. I did a lot of research before buying..After buying my car I took my car to the dealership. They said it was perfect. And i bought a warranty from Ocean auto sales. Thank you. All the way around

    It clearly showed their AD price. Kent even honored $6999 previous deal. He never called me back to sell the car..

    Are you shopping for a quality used car? Are you hoping the used car you found on carfax,autotrader,cars.com,cargurus,kbb had a great price you could afford? Does the car have excellent carfax history and looks great inside and outside? Did you find that car at Ocean Sales Auto? Then trust me and dont even think about calling these unprofessional Liars, only hoping to rip off customer and cheat your money! Ocean Sales..are located south of Orange County about 50miles south from O.C Where i found a great reliable used Acura MDX silver with 160k miles, 1 owner history, clean title, with a pretty good deal of $7199.00 on CarFax website. Acura is luxury division of Honda, so mechanically its super reliable like Hondas..as long as you maintained them and serviced them. I liked the price and overall condition of the suv..so i called Ocean Auto on March 23rd 2018 around 4pm. Sales named Kent picked up. I told him the obvious..i liked it..i was buying it right out cash so i asked him to confirm the actual invoice total over the phone. Until then he was really cool and friendly. He sounded like he wanted me to come right away to pay for the car...but i told him ill have my cash ready by Monday. Kent confirmed my zipcode and ran the total...before this phonecall..i had already ran my calculation to make sure we are in the similar ball park. It was $7199, with 8.25% oc tax, and title fees..should be around $8100-8150..but i asked KENT that i will pay cash $8000 even. It was for about $100 discount, but he told me he would allow and rollback their sales price 2 months ago..which was a promo discount of $200...which the car was now $6999. Kent confirmed after oc tax and fees, it came out to $7997.00... he added a smog fee, which dealerships dont need to but i liked the car, i didnt argue about small additional $65 smog fee. I verbally confirmed the total of $7997 with Kent several times. He kept insisting this is a valid invoice total and he promises that i will only have to pay $7997 and NO MORE. Here is the FUN part... I had few pleasant past experiences with numerous different small to large dealerships...they promise you that nice lookin deal over the phone..they act and disguise themselves as your grand daddy...and once you get there..they change their price because of different reasons...market value change...another client wants it so they start a freakin bidding war like if its EBAY...or they simply wants more profit and they dont honor the promised total...instead all of them will add extra $500-$2500 to satisfy their need and force you to get ripped off because you drove an hour from home to get this nice car. That happened to me last Fall at a different dealership...5 times i confirmed the total with the sales...i take Uber 60miles and get there...they start bidding war...whoever pays most will take the car..its freakin illegal practices...rip off... So back to Ocean Sales...i politely yet Firmly asked and requested Kent to forward me the invoice for $7997 , so i can print it and this would definately honor my price. And because i KNOW the law...if they dont honor the invoice for some reason..the business could face a lawsuit. Which is a headache for owners... From that moment, Kent's voice changed and he started giving me excuses why that is not necessary. I told him firmly... i need it, are you going to send it or not? After an intense conversation, he replied witha deepest SIGH SMH mode...he said Ill work on it, ill email it to you..WHATS YOUR EMAIL? I exchanged all my info and expected the email within the night or atleast next morning because ive received invoices from dealerships before..it really doesnt take that long. Maybe 5? 15min? He just wanted to ask his boss, who probably said HECK NO! IGNORE HIM! Even after 3hrs, i havent got a call from him. I called between, but he was somehow unavailable twice. Theni got a missed call around 8pm...and voicemail saying Kent will email me the final invoice of $7997 next morning because his SCANNER is acting up weird and he needed a professional computer technician to repair it..OKAY... I waited next morning...nothing..its late afternoon next day...NOTHING.. no call, text, email. Hey Kent! I dont care or mind if you cannot keep your promise to sell the car at that price...but have some decency and respect to give a heads up to your customer..whos waiting for your call. Tell me if you CANT do it. Be honest. But dont disrespect customers time and play games. Its not cool. You guys are not gonna last long in the business like that. I know if i just took Uber to your office, which is 50miles away..and without an invoice in my hand, you guys can play games with the price. ITS NOT COOL. YOU GUYS NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN OR SUSPENDED...SHAME ON YOU KENT AND THE OWNERS... No one should ever consider to buy or do business here. For your OWN sake.

Reserved, soft‑spoken, and incredibly professional -- the kind of salesperson who listens instead of pushing. He understood exactly what I wanted and never tried to steer me in another direction. I live two minutes away from another service center, but I'll be driving 20 minutes to this dealership from now on because their customer service is unmatched. The only part of the experience that could be improved was with the finance manager, Edgar. He was polite, but a bit pushy about add‑on services and asked me three times what color I chose. Listening is important, and I hope he improves in that area because the rest of the team sets such a high standard. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership -- especially Aoude Safwat.     Price was negotiated over the phone since I was coming from 1.5 hours distance at $12,501. The out…read morethe door value was quoted to include all fees taxes and registration at $14k. The tags were to expire the following month and registration fees were due. Once we arrived, we demanded title since our bank required us to bring title to receive funding. On the contract it said $14K however Mr. Dave changed the selling price to $12,701. We paid him cash $14k, signed the contract and realized that we have to pay for registration and transfer fee at the DMV after asking Dave "We just take this paper work to DMV and will walk away with new DMV registration without paying anything right?" The answer was "No". I was upset and demanded that he gave back from the cash $14k that we gave him. He refused and said that you are buying a good deal... Over the phone he said that the tires have 60% thread but in reality they had almost 20%. I demanded the $15 dollar transfer fee which was paid to him already and he just handed me a $20 and bill as if he's doing a favor to charity. I am very upset from this transaction and will not buy a car from him.
