When I called them, they acted like it wasn't their problem at all, even though their own worker was doing side work on their property. Zero accountability. Just excuses. I even told them I was going to take this to court, and their response? "Yeah, we'll see about that." That right there tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers. I went to Ocean Auto because I literally needed a car that day for my daughter and I. I knew walking in the price would be higher because of my horrific credit caused by life events. I was there a long time, but I could hear the guys working hard to find a bank that would finance me. I got the payment I could afford and an awesome car at a decent price. I came in with all of my paperwork that any finance company would want (pay stubs, utility bill, insurance, bank statements and drivers license). Ocean Auto worked so hard for us and for that I am eternally grateful. It was a HUGE miracle for me and will help repair my credit in the mean time. I didn't bring a mechanic, so I don't know what will happen at this time, but if something does go wrong, that is on me not them for not bringing a person to check out the car. Honestly, they have an excellent selection of cars at fair market value and the tools to get you the deal you need. If you have excellent credit, go to a new car dealership, if you have cash or need to rebuild credit by having a second chance, go to Ocean Auto. I'm grateful ever hour for my running car.
