I remember when you were a great company and honored your lifetime warrantees. Apparently that Culligan is gone - or at least it is for this franchise. See below: Two men (Drew and Noah) came into install a pump and pipes going from our basement washing machine up to the main drain. They did a really quick job but in the process did not seal any of the PVC pipes together. A few days later we did laundry and one of the pipes comes loose spraying gallons of water all over the floor. We request someone to come in and see what's wrong - they sent a different person from their company, who was embarrassed, saying he can't believe they didn't seal the pipe connections at all. He luckily was very thorough and insisted we call the company about it. We called to ensure they would not charge us for time the second guy had to come and fix the first guys' mistakes. But when we called Claudia was defensive and rude, and did not acknowledge that her men had made a mistake. We understand that mistakes happen but to be treated as such after we weren't at fault was worse than the mistake itself. Additionally since that time our basement laundry room has flooded 4 times, twice for when they did not seal the pipes and had to come back twice to fix that. The other two from overflooding of the utility sink connected to the washer that they repiped. They did not add any sort of air valve or vent, which has caused the double sink to not drain properly at times/overflow. This shows either a lack of understanding of fluid dynamics, or a lack of care on this project. In general the work looked clean, but was incomplete. I would recommend getting an estimate before any work is done. Their upcharge on parts, pipes, etc. seems very high compared to what I'm used to seeing and their invoices did not break them down at all. We did not have a good experience working with them and their whole organization process seemed off.

Have had issues with the whole house system since it's been installed (2022). When I tried getting…read morethe territory manager to come out back in Jan of 2023, he stopped corresponding so I figured I'd wait until our annual service in July. July comes around and I asked the person who came to service out RO to check out the house system, didn't say anything was wrong with it. I explained I've never had to add salt to the container and again said things looked fine. Had them come again this passed July (once again, never had to add salt in over a year), and the service guy says oh, yeah the water level is too high something doesn't seem to be working right. Takes water out and explains that the water level should stay the same and the salt should go down. Told me to give it a month and check. Well, it's been 3 weeks and when I checked there is only salt in the container, no water. Called them at 4:45p, waited on hold and left a message. Called again, selected the option to have them call me back. Called again a little after 5p since the website says they're opened until 5:30p and get an automated message saying theyre closed for the day. I'll be honest, I left two curt messages because this hasn't worked right since it's been installed but they have no problem charging my credit card hundreds of dollars to change one filter for my RO. If they can rectify the issue I will update but as of now I'm very unsatisfied with how things are being handled with this company.
