Before leaving, he asked me to make sure that the heat was working in all 3 "zones" in the house and I checked the hot water as well. I could not have asked for anything better. For many years, I used a large HVAC company because I knew the owner personally, which made the experience easy. However, after the company was sold, I noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and attention to detail. I was fortunate to find David for my new HVAC installation, and the difference was immediately apparent. Not only did his team complete a top-quality installation, but David also identified and corrected efficiency issues from the previous system by enlarging the air intake, which significantly improved the system's overall performance. If you're considering a new HVAC installation, upgrading your current system, or dealing with ongoing repair issues, I highly recommend Technique. David and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and take great pride in their work. You won't be disappointed.

When our ac was out in the middle of summer with me pregnant and two children under 3 in the house, I was told they would call back in a couple days with a service time. After faithfully waiting a couple of days, I didn't hear anything and called back. The woman was incredibly rude and told me they were really busy and could not give me a service date but she would call back in a few more days. I told her that if she still couldn't give me a date I would probably need to try to find someone else so that our family would have functioning ac. When I called back again later to ask for service I was told I was no longer considered a customer because I had mentioned having someone else look at our system and they were too busy to service non customers.
