Great service! Friendly staff and cleaner and got to me on super short notice. Will absolutely hire again

Best carpet cleaning service I've used in a long time. We had many dog stains which I thought would not come out of the carpet, but somehow the carpet looks brand new. They were very friendly, very professional, and honest with pricing. I will only use this carpet cleaning service from here on out! read more

Jordan at OCD cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, couch and chair. I have 2 kids, and being stuck at home the last few months has really taken a toll on our carpets and furniture. Jordan at OCD went above and beyond to take care of our carpets and furniture. It looks amazing now. He was completely professional, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend their services and I will use them again in the future. read more

I called OCD and spoke to Malissa. After describing my needs, she promptly provided an estimate. The price was very reasonable based on others I had received so I made an appointment. The day prior to arriving, I received a confirmation text. On the day of the cleaning, I received a call from Jordan and he arrived within the appointment window. When he arrived, (wearing a mask) he looked over the areas, and confirmed the quote I had received. No ups, no extras, no nonsense. The results were excellent, and I was very satisfied. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience. These people check all the boxes, and I would not hesitate to call on them in the future. read more

I found OCD Home Inc. on YELP when I was looking for carpet cleaning. Jordan the owner was very quick to respond and gave me a good quote. Jordan was on time and even called ahead of time to advise his time of arrival. He was courteous and professional the entire time. He did an awesome job deep cleaning our shower. He even went the extra step in cleaning up the areas where the hoses ran through the house. I will definitely consider OCD for our next carpet/tile cleaning needs. Cost was reasonable considering the hard work and time he put into making sure the job was well done. read more

Was not disappointed with the service. read more

We had a GREAT experience with OCD cleaning. We were debating about cleaning them again since our last cleaning with another carpet cleaning company didn't go so well. After that cleaning, all the stains came back within two weeks. We just figured since our carpets were almost 16 years old there was no hope in getting them looking good again...WRONG! Its been almost 2 months since we got them cleaned, and they still look as good as they did the first day they were cleaned by OCD. That's one reason I waited to write this review. I'm sooo happy that we found OCD and so will you. Also, the staff were so nice and professional. Give them a try. You'll be happy that you did!! read more

They did a great job, very friendly and informative. Will use them again!!! I'm very happy

I normally get my rug and upholstery cleaned by someone else but our availabilities weren't matching so one of my coworkers referred me to Jordan who owns OCD. I was really hesitant since I liked our usual person and we have 2 dogs and a toddler (the true test for a cleaner!) But WOW was I impressed. From start to finish they were personable, professional, timely and they did a great job! I will definitely be calling them again! read more

Highly recommend OCD Home Carpet Cleaning! We will use them again. My wife and I purchased a home in Anaheim. Our son and relator in California were looking for a carpet cleaning service from around the area to clean the carpets and tile. Our relator had difficulties getting a response from other carpet cleaning companies. I looked at reviews on Yelp and found OCD Home Carpet Cleaning. All the great reviews you read are what we experienced. Jordan responded to my call quickly, was very professional and provided a quote right away. I received a confirmation call the day before the appointment. My relator and son said that Jordan was on time and did an excellent job. After Jordan completed the job, he called me to let me know that he had finished the job. Jordan has great customer service skills and follow through. Great job Jordon! read more

From the time I contacted OCD Home Inc. I knew I was dealing with quality. Jordan, the owner, responded immediately to my request to clean the tile floors in our home. He did an outstanding job and I've never seen our tile look so bright and clean. He explained how we should care for our new clean tile in the future and it we did the tile should retain its bright fresh look for 3-5 years. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and I certainly will use his services in the future and highly recommend his first class work. Fran Newman, Newport Beach, CA February 2018 read more

Our yearly carpet cleaning go to place. Called on Wednesday, scheduled, carpets cleaned on Saturday. About the simplest and easiest way to get it done. Literally took 2 minutes to schedule appt on the phone. Jordan showed up at the specified time and called ahead to let us know he's on the way. He's has all the equipment necessary to protect his cleaning equipment from scratching corners and doorways (this a a big plus). Was in an out in 1.5 hours. Because we were repeats we got great pricing again! Super hassle free and extremely convenient for us. Environmentally friendly is also a plus since we have small ones. read more

Jordan came out to clean my carpets and did an excellent job, however in one room, I noticed after he left there was still a dirty area around where my chair pad sits. I emailed them and he came back the very next business day and got the spot out! He was right on time both times and he is the NICEST guy ever! I'd definitely use him again! Terrific service and cleaning! read more

We used OCD to clean our floor tile and Jordan did such a great job that we asked him to clean our carpet a couple of weeks later. We could not get over how much better it looked than when we've had it cleaned before. We have used another local family-owned floor cleaning business, and Coit, and they didn't come close. Jordan puts a lot more into the details, and uses good products. So happy! read more

Jordan did a fantastic job on the carpets in my new home. There were a couple rooms with dark stains. The master bedroom had a huge brown stain which turned out to be pet urine or something, and he totally cleaned it and deodorized it..I didn't even notice it after. The living room had dark areas that totally disappeared with his cleaning. Drying time wasn't bad either. I moved in the very next day and all the carpet was dry and fresh smelling. This is a great company and I highly recommend! read more

OCD came out to clean carpet & tile at my home for the first time and went beyond my expectations! The tile had been cleaned previously by another company and didn't make much of a difference. OCD's work made the tile look just about new!! I say "just about" as the tile is 10+ years old. Carpets look fantastic! The technician contacted me with an ETA prior to arriving right on time. House smells fresh! I highly recommend this company! read more

I'm very pleased with the work Jordan did in cleaning my carpets! I had a traffic pattern that I had doubts much could be done about (very light carpet that was vacuumed regularly but never deep cleaned in 17 years -- I know, what?). When he was finished it looked better but I could still see some of it where a room was entered many times a day and he explained that there was a lot of wear to the carpet there also. I accepted that. BUT, when the area completely dried, what I thought I had to "accept" was hardly perceivable at all! Well done! Jordan is also a very friendly, easy to converse with person. So I was happy on two points: customer relations and quality of work. I've referred this business to 2 friends so far and will share with any others looking for a carpet cleaner. read more

Jordan's communication was prompt and I loved that his pricing is so straight forward. He made it easy for me to estimate how much it would cost to have my flooring and tile shower walls sealed before I even decided to have him come out to give an exact cost. He spent extra time cleaning areas that needed care and so far, after 2 months, our very light grout still looks fantastic. Highly recommend OCD Home! read more

Jordan was the BEST!! Our carpet was in pretty bad shape, in fact, my wife suggested we should replace it. After Jordan cleaned it, I kid you not, the carpet looks like new! He was VERY careful in protecting walls and furniture and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
