Throughout the planning process, Lionel was always quick in responding to questions and helpful in guiding me to a rental company for a beautiful dinner table set up of fine china, crystal glasses and sterling silverware. My husband and I are big foodies and have been to most of the top restaurants in Houston, Lionel's cooking was as good if not better than the best in town. Every course was absolutely delicious! The mussels were perfectly cooked, the caprese salad couldn't have been any better and everyone's filets were cooked spot on. He made a carrot purée that we have been talking about for days! On top of the amazing food, Lionel himself was as personable and friendly as he could be in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the food he was serving. My friend decided on the chicken and waffles. The food came out in an acceptable amount of time and piping hot. We did have to ask for our beverages and they were quickly brought out.
