Which is what was given throughout the conversation. What is most notable with regards to excellent service, is when a business can back up its claims. And A-1 delivered just that. In ways in which they could not assist me, I was referred to another vendor that carries the product that was needed. By doing this, this showed business integrity. The willingness to assist the public at the expense of possibly loosing that customer to another business. In reference to the previous negative review, let me just state this fact. We are all human, which means we are fallible, subject to errors & mistakes. Most of the time, the owner of a business is not aware of the mishaps until the fall out begins.
