The first thing that I noticed, was the pleasant & most friendly voice from the receiver. The first quality of exemplary customer service is patience. Which is what was given throughout the conversation. What is most notable with regards to excellent service, is when a business can back up its claims. And A-1 delivered just that. In ways in which they could not assist me, I was referred to another vendor that carries the product that was needed. By doing this, this showed business integrity. The willingness to assist the public at the expense of possibly loosing that customer to another business. In reference to the previous negative review, let me just state this fact. We are all human, which means we are fallible, subject to errors & mistakes. Most of the time, the owner of a business is not aware of the mishaps until the fall out begins. Be patient with one another by giving consideration and courtesy for each of us to correct a wrong, before bashing each other businesses. Kindness begets kindness. Angela's Restaurant Supply might be a bit higher than what you can buy on Amazon or other online sources, but with Angela's Restaurant Supply, you know the quality will be there plus more importantly, you know what you are getting and if you have a problem with the equipment, you have a local double to correct the problem. Angela herself was friendly and helped us with the whole purchase and getting the product in our hands. Even if you are not coming in here with a set item to purchase in mind, Angela's Restaurant Supply is a cool place to wander around and looking at the cool stuff. Parking is a bit of a mystery until you figure out that you have to go down a side street and park behind the building. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Angela's Restaurant Supply and I will give it five stars.

This last trip I picked up various sizes of squeeze bottles because I needed a big one for some simple syrup I made earlier in the day. I also picked up a sweet oyster shucker for my dad. They take cards, but you don't pay a convenience fee with cash. Long story long: My granulated sugar became one giant solid one pound block so I had to melt it down with water to be able to use it. I originally thought about ordering the squeeze bottles online, but decided to pick one up on a whim here. It was only $0.81 for a 24 oz. bottle and it definitely saved me money since I didn't pay for any shipping. I ended up purchasing a few squeeze bottles because I love to make sauces and dressings at home and they are pretty cool to use to make cool designs and dollops on your food. Yah fancy, I know, but it's pretty hard to find these bigger sizes at your local supermarket. The lady who rung me up checked all of the prices and was so patient. And she even let me take a mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup from her candy jar. How nice, right? Overall, I will continue to patronize AD because the prices are so reasonable, the location is so close to home and the service is professional and courteous.
