I had multiple plumbers come out to look at a root issue in my pipes and they all wanted to xray the slab in my garage to see where the foundation supports were and wanted to charge thousands of $$$ to break the concrete to replace the pipes. All I can say about Fernando is WOW what a straight up, honest, sincere, understanding, educational, thorough expert LOCAL plumber. Better, Faster, and Cheaper service than I expected! I recently ordered a bidet to install on my toilet... and like a jack ass I tried to install it myself. The drain for our washing machine was clogged. I actually had another rooter company out here first. Their estimate went from $99 on the phone to $389 when the plumber arrived. I promptly sent him packing. I am just glad I verified the price he started work. I found Fernando here on Yelp..yup Yelp! I called him first thing in the morning. I called him 11-24-15 and he came out the same day to clean out my kitchen drain. I did not have a clean out which had been eliminated years ago by Baird and Crockett when they told me there was no room for it with the remodeling I was doing, however, Fernando said it could be done so I agreed to let him cut an outside hole in the wall to put one in so I would not have to keep cleaning it out from underneath the sink. He installed it, then snaked it and power washed it all within a few hours, cleaned up covered the hole in the wall (I do have to re stucco that area) all for a reasonable amount. Baird and Crockett was basically to lazy to do it right the first time, in fact, what they did do with my drains were not up to code.
