Very responsive, quick , and efficient. When we discovered the leak in the pipes inside the slab, Savi was able to schedule us quickly. The team installed the plumbing throughout the house in a single day. We did have to wait a couple days for the inspector but that's the city's fault. Drywall close out also was completed in a day. We really like OC Repipe. First of all, they are the only company that said they don't need to replace our Kohler shower valves where they don't have access from the back (can't cut tiles) with Moen or Delta valves. Other companies said they need to cut bigger holes to access the valves from the front and our Kohler trims won't cover the holes anymore. OC Repipe owner Slavi said our trims are fine and they don't need bigger holes. That made us believe they are more skilled and experienced as they can work in a tight environment (plus we can keep our Kohler showers :-). Secondly, they have good reviews and their price is competitive. Thirdly, Slavi is very friendly. He answered our questions and concerns patiently before we selected a contractor. We made a good decision by selecting OC Repipe. They did a good job! And the city inspector said so too! read more

The inspection by OC Repipes is a definite 5 star. Every thing was carefully explained for the repipe: what problems might there be and solutions. So I signed the contract and put down the 10% deposit. When I had to cancel the scheduled repipe, the first thing Slavi said was 'no problem', that he would cancel the contract and refund the deposit. WHAT?? Was he kidding? I told him not refund any costs he had incurred. I got most of the deposit back... Now OC Repipes gets a TEN STAR OUT OF FIVE!!. Obviously a very honest and reputable company. read more

We used this company on a high recommendation from a neighbor. They talked about how professional they were. We called and they were out with an estimate in no time. Read a lot of reviews before asking for several quotes from various companies. Slavi came out for the initial quote and was the supervisor of the entire job. While other companies send out Salesmen to quote who did not point out or knew specifics of the installation. They do not subcontract which was important to me and were a bit lower in price made my decision easy. Was surprised to see how small of holes they made and the drywall patching was superb. Andy and his team were efficient, professional and thorough. I have heard nightmares about this process and was so scared. They arrived on time each day and were worked very hard not only on the repipe itself, but making sure to cover and protect all our furniture and floors. After 3 slab leaks in 4 years on my 25 yr old home, I decided it was time to take out my failing copper pipes. I researched both Copper and Pex and was undecided. I was initially leary of pex because of com-5ments about leaking crimps and rodents eating through the pex. I reached out to 4-5 repipe companies and two got back to me. Slavi was able to visit the next day. After talking with him, he reassured me about Pex A and I did like the Uponor fittings as opposed to the crimping used on pex B. I really wanted to go with Slavi because of the Uponor and the perfect 5* Yelp reviews, and was hoping his quote would be reasonable. Slavi got me the quote the next day and it was within my budget so I accepted the offer on the spot (prior to even talking to the 2nd company). The work took 2 days and the workers were on time and worked to 8:00pm on the second day to be sure and finish up my 3 bath 2900sqft home. The owner Andy stopped by the 2nd day to introduce himself, and Slavi pitched in and helped finish up the drywall repair which I was very happy with. I even had them replace my 25 year old sink and shower fixtures which were in bad shape and very difficult to remove due to the lime build up. They stuck with it and got it done, when they could have told me it was taking to much time, and not done it. This team is new in Orange County so they don't have alot of reviews yet, but their work is great and their price is very reasonable and fair. Do yourself a favor and pick up the phone and hire OC Repipes to do a great repipe for your home. I highly recommend OC REPIPES. I reside in a senior community in south Orange County and a few neighbors have had water leaks in their homes in the past couple years. I knew it was time to repipe but was dreading the entire process. My neighbor really liked the job that OC REPIPES did for him, so bravely I decided to go forward. We had heard horror stories about how crews come in on a one day repipe and just start tearing into the ceilings. We were very lucky to get OC Repipes. Andy, the owner, walked the job prior to any of his crew starting demo. He determined that the best method of doing our job was to run the plumbing through the attic and then down through the walls. He explained what they were going to do in terms that we could easily understand and approve. Because Andy took this extra step, we had very few openings cut into our walls and none into the ceilings. He even came up with a solution for our kitchen island which did not require cutting into the tile. We were worried about that because the pipes come through the slab. The crew started by hanging plastic to protect our cabinets and putting coverings on our floors. They even put up plastic to separate our living room to protect the furniture there. The crew worked hard all day and called for the first inspection on the morning of the second day. The inspector was impressed with the ability of the crew to do the repipe without all the destruction he usually sees on these jobs. After inspection, the crew patched all the cuts they did have to make. The final step was the texture coat, and once again Andy and his crew went above and beyond to try to match the texture that was there. We are highly impressed with Andy and his crew at OC Repipe and would recommend them. read more

This company is fabulous. They do excellent work for a good price, with quality products and courteous, hardworking people. I highly recommend them. The owner, Andy, is committed to his customers and focused on being a prime repiping company in Orange County. The project manager, Slavi, is very dependable, precise in what he does, and conscientious. Slavi and the others working at our house arrived each day at 8:00. They each seemed to have a task to do the minute they arrived and this continued throughout the day. They covered all the furniture and floors with drop clothes while they worked and at the end of each day vacuumed and cleaned up before leaving. When you have your house repiped, you wonder how it is ever going to look normal again. Our house is back to normal and looks brand new. OC Repipes work is perfection (the Pex product they use, the areas in the wall cut for piping, the dry wall finish, and the painting). I was referred to this company by a friend who is a Director on a Homeowner's Association. This Homeowners Association will be using OC Repipe to do repiping of condominiums.
