Unlike the previous places, she listened to what I was asking for and my concerns for having thin lashes and not wanting any clusters/fans. The shop was clean and comfortable. The former lashes were removed with no pain (sometimes people pull a little too hard). The new lashes went on without any irritation. Hopefully they last and I will be making this place my regular spot!
