I used to get my lashes done at those cheaper lash studios and the chain businesses.. Not only did those places ruin/strip my natural lashes, but they also did not look as good! I have been going to Linh consistently for the last 3 years and I haven't stopped because I never have to wear make up to look presentable. I get the volume sets so they're fluffy/wispy and look fabulous. My lashes are still healthy and every time the fake lashes fall off (which they do naturally), I don't lose any of my natural lashes with them. Linh tells you when your lashes need a break and gives recommendations on how to keep your lashes clean (to help with retention) and how to promote healthy natural lash growth. For me personally, my hair everywhere grows REALLY fast (which I think is something that the other lash places struggled with because I would have so much growth when I came back for fills). I honestly think it takes real talent to be able to give me full lashes after every fill.. which Linh is able to do. She works quickly and even adds her own personal touches to enhance my eyes.

When she arrived, it was immediately concerning that the staff seemed unsure about who would be performing her service. There was visible scrambling to find someone available, which didn't inspire much confidence from the start. Once a technician was assigned, it became clear during the appointment that she was still in training, as other staff members were guiding her through the process step by step. My daughter is shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, so when asked, she said everything looked "okay." However, once she got home, it was obvious that the results were far from acceptable. Her lashes were not tinted at all, and the lift was extremely uneven--one eye was maybe 50% lifted, while the other showed little to no change. For an $85 service, I would expect a professional and consistent result. It's disappointing to feel like customers are being used as practice without transparency. If someone is still learning, that should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not discovered during the service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and unfortunately a waste of money, especially for something as important as prom.
