As an eyelash extension artist myself, I am very picky with who I trust to do my own lashes. Although, I can touch up my own lashes a bit, I still prefer to go to Cindy to be super thorough and get every single lash nice and full. Plus it's always nice to pamper yourself! ;) I get compliments from people everyday. Many friends ask if I did anything different because they can't tell that I have eyelash extensions. Cindy does a PHENOMENAL job creating whatever lash look you want. You cannot see where my natural lashes and the extensions connect. The connection and glue are nearly invisible! Cindy has various lengths and different curls to fit all kinds of eye shapes and wants. Her lashes are very soft and don't feel like fishing wire (I've seen poor quality extensions on others). Cindy is very friendly and easy to talk to. She listens to your wants and tries her best to deliver your desired results. Ladies, I am now addicted to them and cannot even think about going back to my usual eye makeup routine. Mind you I used to be obsessive about making my lashes perfect. Now that I have extensions I cut my makeup routine in half and no longer feel that I need any liquid eyeliner or any lash products. The range of time in between your touch-ups will vary with each person. It really depends on your own lash cycle and the amount of care you put into taking care of your eyes/lashes. Don't use mascara, rub your eyes or use makeup remover directly on the lashes. I find this really helps to preserve them. I prefer to do a touch-up every 3 weeks. I could probably go every 4 weeks but I despise any haywire lashes and sparse areas. Keep in mind this time varies with each person! Cindy also does microdermabrasion, facials, waxing, etc. She's a superstar and books up VERY fast. I recommend calling to an appointment and booking your touch-ups way ahead of time. Hope this helps. After my previous lash girl, whom i loved the results, seemed to start using a different glue and my lashes started falling heavily within the week of receiving a fill, I started looking for a new lash place. My lashes with Cindy feel light and I don't feel them on, which is how they are suppose to be. They aren't as full as when I usually get a fill but I realize that usually when I see a new person some of the 1 hr time a lash fill usually takes is them fixing previous lashes placed by the other person. Cindy had to remove what seemed like a lot so that obviously took away from lash placement time. I will update my review when I get my next fill as that should be a complete fill. I had to deduct two stars though because being on a budget, I usually make sure to check out prices before I book. Although Cindy charges $40 for fills (as stated on the website) she charged me $75 because she had to fix lashes from the previous girl, although it was still within the 1 hour lash fill time. She did mention when I booked she usually takes 45mins to 1 hour for fills, but me being a new client she would probably take a full hour, but didn't mention the price difference :( Something to keep in mind if you are new and just need a fill. I have had lash extensions for over 3 years off and on and lived in different areas seeing new lash girls and had never been charged extra for a fill if I was new, so it was completely unexpected. read more

She takes care of both my Brazilian waxes and my eyelash extensions and does a great job at both! I first started seeing Cindy for her Brazilian waxes. Cindy uses hard wax. The good thing about hard wax is that it hurts much much less than strip wax because it doesn't pull off any of your skin and gets the hair right down to the follicle. I didn't feel comfortable and expressed that and was told it was company policy and I could not be accommodated. I unfortunately declined because I didn't feel comfortable. Cindy is amazing! I've been going to her for years and throughout those years I've moved around and I currently live 1 hour away and I still make that drive to see her every 3 weeks. Naturally my eyelashes are very short, sparse and thin but Cindy somehow is able to work her magic and fulfill the eyelash extension process with them looking full and beautiful. I've been to other eyelash technicians in the past and I've always been disappointed for multiple reasons but Cindy is by far the best! She takes her time and pride in her work. I just want to let people know about my experience with Cindy she did my lashes on me.First of all she wasn't very friendly she seemed to be in a bad mood barely said a word. No music because she said her phone died which I thought it was odd maybe you should have a radio or something else. So it was silent the whole time. She told me to take a nap. Of course I couldn't. She did a great job on the lashes but they were very shiny. Upon me booking my appointment she told she would take check or cash. So I gave her a check for $170.00 which included $ 10.00 tip. After I left she immediately deposited the check at her bank. Her bank put a hold on the check. I called my bank to ask about the check. They told me everything is fine on our end it's her bank. She preceded to send me textes telling me that the check was being return she wanted me to give her more money to drop off cash or give her my atm over the phone or down load Venmo app which I don't use. I told her that I would not give her more money my bank said the check paid. And asked her what are you trying pull. People be ware of this woman. Will never go back to her.
