My mom was SO SCARED about the process but Jen took her time to reassure her and show her different styles until she agreed to one. My mom had no eyebrows. For years she's drawn them on (terribly) but it's the best she could do. Her lovely face for years has always looked so sad because of the way she drew them and I tried to help her but I really didn't know how.
