I was happy to support a small business owned by a woman, but this turned out to be a nightmare that I'm still dealing with. The car was definitely not detailed. I found food crumbs, hair, crusted road salt, dirt, stains, etc. and some areas like the door jambs were obviously just given a quick wipe, others not even touched. No one was there when I dropped the car off, so I had to leave the keys with a neighbor. I later learned that Roxan was working on at least one other vehicle at the same time, so obviously she did not give full attention to this job. When I made the appointment, I specifically mentioned fragrances, and tried several times to make sure this had been understood. I was told that natural products were used and that a charcoal pack would take care of lingering odors. What I got instead was a car that was so perfumed that it literally made me sick. It remained strongly perfumed even after two days with the windows open and multiple charcoal packs. I had to take the car to another detailer to re-do the cleaning and to remove the perfume smell. When the other detailer washed the carpet and upholstery, they were shocked at the amount of detergent/soap foam that was extracted--Roxan used an unsafe amount of product in "cleaning" but did not rinse it properly (or possibly at all). They had to do intensive rinsing just to get the detergent out, and also an overnight ozone treatment to address the perfume odor. Excess detergent and cleaning products left in carpet and upholstery can do a lot of damage to the fibers and result in excess moisture and dirt buildup so luckily I was able to have her "work" mostly fixed. There is still some perfume odor a week later, so I may have to have the upholstery and carpeting professionally rinsed and extracted again in a month or two. I expressed my disappointment about the poor results to Roxan but she refused to discuss any refund or take any accountability; she also accused me of lying.
Obviously, I do not recommend this service. Pictures available on Google maps.
Update: (Please see response from owner)
Roxan has claimed multiple times that I said the car looked "amazing" when I picked it up. I did not say this. And what I said or didn't say at the time of pickup is completely irrelevant. I'm not sure what "rudeness" she's talking about, other than my wanting clarification that she had my keys and was working on my vehicle--a reasonable request--or to communicate my disappointment with her work. I also didn't leave a tip (I paid in advance), so she may have me confused with someone else. The amount of time spent on the car was obviously minimal so again, must have me confused with another customer. Her profile claims that she believes people should get what they pay for. I agree! read more
