On top of that, my previous oil changes were consistently set for 5,000 miles, but this time it was only set for 3,000 miles without any explanation. I'm very disappointed with this experience. I don't mind paying more when there's a legitimate reason, but I expect a business to be transparent about a nearly $30 price increase and provide a clear breakdown of what I'm being charged for. Unfortunately, this experience felt shady, and I would not recommend this location.

I declined to buy insurance on them because (as I thought) how likely was I to get another flat soon? Wrong. 2 weeks later--yes, only TWO weeks--I was up visiting a friend in Duluth when I realized something was wrong with my car...it was making a terrible noise, and I soon came to the conclusion my tire was leaking air. Thankfully, my friend Reed was with me, so we were able to pull over, put on a spare, and drive carefully to the nearest tire store--which happened to be another Tires Plus. The mechanics there were extremely friendly and not only did they replace my tire quickly, they charged me nothing(!!) Even if I had not purchased road hazard insurance, they were kind enough to replace my tire free of charge. Now if that doesn't deserve 5 stars, I don't know what does. My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!
