My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

Mike was super friendly and kind and he took a look at my engine check the transmission fluid ran a scan on the engine and found two ignition coils misfiring. He opened up the cap and there were two dead mice in there. He found the problem in less than 10 minutes. Results may vary! Lol!
