When I returned immediately to point this out, they claimed they "don't make conventional anymore--only semi or full synthetic," yet their website still advertises "The Regional" package with conventional oil. They gave no clear explanation for the wrong filter and refused to fix or refund the difference.

When ready, we drove in the garage, parked and stayed in the truck. There is a hole in the floor with guys in the basement that drain the oil while the mechanics in the garage change air filters if you want and put in the new oil. My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

I declined to buy insurance on them because (as I thought) how likely was I to get another flat soon? Wrong. 2 weeks later--yes, only TWO weeks--I was up visiting a friend in Duluth when I realized something was wrong with my car...it was making a terrible noise, and I soon came to the conclusion my tire was leaking air. Thankfully, my friend Reed was with me, so we were able to pull over, put on a spare, and drive carefully to the nearest tire store--which happened to be another Tires Plus. The mechanics there were extremely friendly and not only did they replace my tire quickly, they charged me nothing(!!) Even if I had not purchased road hazard insurance, they were kind enough to replace my tire free of charge. Now if that doesn't deserve 5 stars, I don't know what does.
