Thatcher's is not the cheapest auto repair dealer but your going to get top notch service both to your vehicle and to you the customer. Recently my vehicle broke down while I was on the road and out of town. To make a long story short, the auto repair dealer that I had to use to make the emergency repairs to my vehicle used inappropriate and the wrong size bolts while making the repairs. It was obvious that something was wrong and I tried twice to get the dealer, Junction Tire Service in Carlton, MN, to look at and fix the problem. They just insisted that it was nothing they done. I took my vehicle into Thatcher's and had them look at the vehicle. It did not take them very long to find and fix the problem and I was good to go. Because the bolts held the bottom of the brake calipers and were starting to back out, I and my family could have been is a serous accident. Thanks Thatcher's. I have had new tires, oil changes, tune ups, brakes and more and have always like the work I have received from Thatcher's. I also like the waiting area that Thatcher's provides it's customers. First off and most important the waiting area and the bathrooms are very clean. They not only provide hot coffee but there is a large screen TV and good magazines to read.
