Very poor problem solving skills and theyre liars. i…read morebrought my vehicle in for a fuel pump. i brought my own part which they replaced which is great! except i was asked if i want the fuel pump tested and i said yes. that did not get done because they were not able to do it. they didnt let me know that and went forward anyways. didnt fix the problem. they found corrosion in the electrical wiring which they fixed and then were able to start the vehicle. i took my car back and it stalled on me within an hour of driving it. i brought it back in and they coded it and it coded for a crankshaft position sensor. im not sure why they didnt code it before givin it back to me? they then called and told me its 300$ +labor. i looked on line and the part was about 100$ and an easy job. i took my car back home at that point and did it myself. runs fine now. These people have no assessment skills and theyre liars! i will never come back. everytime I go anywhere i get screwed. i will be doing my own work from now on. i dont trust people well enough these days. During the appt they found the one serpentine belt to be extremely cracked - - so they recommend to replace. (They showed me the belt, and it's amazing that it's held up for 144k miles.) BUT....what impressed me was: a) I was able to get a morning appt no problem b) they only took 45min to replace the drivers headlight and belt c) they STILL were less expensive than what the dealership in the Cities was going to charge Friendly service, fair prices for authentic Toyota parts. I can't guarantee, but I also think they have some type of complimentary shuttle service - - cause I heard several other customers state that they needed a ride.
