Ed said over the phone if I showed up, they'd help us do everything. Appointment wasn't officially scheduled until 2:28 for that 12 appointment which makes 0 sense unless you're a time traveler. They put a new tire on and disposed of the old one for $107. I had to do everything else out front on my own, in the snow/sleet. They helped get the lug nuts to torque spec for free at least, when I pulled around. But, I feel I should've been deducted the labor charge after all of that and only paid for the tire itself. I get that you're busy, but it seems painfully obvious that you're prioritizing higher paying clients and not an emergency who needs to drive another 180 miles to get home. Thanks, but no thanks.

They wouldn't give me a quote over the phone which should have been a red flag right out of the gate so I went ahead and booked an appointment. After I brought it in, they quoted me an outrageous number of $600 for the pair of them! I called my shop back home and they said they would do both for less then half that! I called local shops in the area as well and they had a much more reasonable prices as well! I had them replace the one shock that needed it most and they tried to jerk me around on the price more. I paid and got out. These guys are crooks who do some backwards business! I know how it is with mechanics, if you know them, they cut you a deal but $600 is just a blatant robbery! Screw these guys!
