My raving review comes from the fact I felt it was a fair price (from research) and I really felt like they took a moment to show me what went on and the why. When at other shops you get spoken to like the clueless car customer (that you are). They also worked with me for payment, which I greatly appreciate since it was a surprised expense. Replying back to jay to owner , jay my door was not rusty and nobody told me it may break you guys…read moreused that so you didn't have to take responsibility. My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

They could have easily replaced much more and I would not have known that the repairs were not Needed or charged more for what they did do. We took our car in today to have a flat fixed only to be told that Pro Tire does not honor Curtis Oil's warranties. How disappointing is this!! Why would Curtis not insure that new owners honor product currently under warranty? Also does Pro Tire realize we won't go back there now? I will pass on to friends and family to avoid this retailer. Apparently there is no "Pro" in Pro Tires image.
