So easy and no appointment needed. You just pull in and wait by their stop sign. A young man came out and told me what bay to pull up to. When ready, we drove in the garage, parked and stayed in the truck. There is a hole in the floor with guys in the basement that drain the oil while the mechanics in the garage change air filters if you want and put in the new oil. After waiting for an hour only 2 cars ahead of me, know one came out once I got in I explained to the guy Battery replacement so he went and stood in front of the car as I sat there another 5 minutes another guy comes over and says how can I help you. One would think the first guy would of passed on the information. Anyway they didn't have the right group size. figuring they would after all I got an Email from them saying come in for battery replacement. I mentioned to the guy 34 group won't fit my vehicle, mine is group 35. He still wanted to install it . I said no and he got upset. As I was leaving he said don't come back!!! read more

Got two oil changes this week and both times they were helpful, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Yeah, it was a little bit of a wait, but it saves me the hassle of crawling under my car or having to schedule an appointment at a shop. I'd give 10 stars if I could. read more

My daughter brought her Rav 4 for an oil change and was charged $85. They told her there would be a charge to print a receipt so she doesn't even have a copy of what she was charged for. Absolutely terrible place that takes advantage of college students. Do not go here ever! read more

I wish I could give it half of a star. Do not come here. I got there just before 1130 am and left at 12:10 pm. When I got there there was one car ahead of me. They asked me to move my car and so I did. Then they asked again and there was a car in front of me. The girl told me "we're playing musical cars now move your car in front of spot 1"). I did and waited for 10 min longer. None of the cars has gotten in and out since I had been there. I have never had an issue with an oil change. Places typically get me in and out or a minimal wait of 10 min at most. Wasted time. I'm pissed. Never again will I be coming here. read more

I have had extremely good experiences with vioc in the past. Apparently, that's over. Last time I changed the oil on my pickup I waited in line for 2 hours while people who jumped in other lines were served. That's luck of the draw....no biggie. Last weekend, I got in line with one car ahead of me, in an effort to get an oil change on wife's car. As soon as the car ahead of me went in, a tech came out and informed me that the guy in the other line was there ahead of me and I was going to have to move. I told him that I wasn't particularly happy about that. He was insistent. It shook out that it made zero real difference. Not the point. Customer service 101, consistent quality customer service. I didn't get any feedback from management after a call to 1800 too bad we crapped on you. I will be watching like a dog sitting outside a butcher shop later this week when I go to get my truck serviced. It's a good thing for vioc that when they aren't busy alienating their long term customers they do provide quality products serviced at fair prices. read more

Have used their service before and been extremely happy. This time was charged with labor and parts that did not stop the problem - also coupon was not honored ended up paying $50 for advice to take my car to a dealership. Won't happen again. read more

The oil change itself went fine, but I didn't like the way I was treated. As soon as I pulled up the guy started barking orders at me, asking for all my personal information to enter in their computer, and demanded my keys which set the tone for the rest of the visit. I told him all I wanted was a one-time oil and oil filter change and I shouldn't have to provide all my personal information to do so. I also asked him why he wanted my keys and he said it was to prevent me from starting my pickup with no oil in it, as if I would do that... kinda felt like he thought I was an idiot or something. I usually change my own oil but this was a new used truck that desperately needed an oil change for the first time since I owned it but my old pickup was taking up my garage work space while I was repairing it in preparation to sell. I knew the drill where they start taking out filters and such trying to get you to buy a bunch of other things in addition to the oil change. I tried to stop it by telling him I just wanted the oil and oil filter changed and nothing else. He should have just said "okay", but he persisted instead and he started reciting all the other services I should have done. So feeling exasperated, I repeated that I just wanted the oil changed... I had to repeat it three times before he gave it up. My tone shifted from annoyance to irritation when it came time for the bill because it unfortunately seems to be the norm these days to have to jump through all these hoops when making purchases. They had already started draining my oil before I realized I forgot my discount coupon, so it was too late to go home to get it. I had printed it the night before from their website and left it on the table. The coupon was for $19.95. My pickup takes 6 quarts so I knew it would be a little higher. The cost was around $50. Thinking I was only going to spend $25 or so and then being presented with a $50 bill, I told him I forgot the $19.95 coupon. He said he would ask his manager if he could get me a discount anyway. I appreciated that. In the time he was gone I looked up the coupon on the website using my cell phone and I was surprised to find that the coupon was no longer offered. When he came back he said the best he could do was an $18 discount since I didn't have the coupon. I was good with that, and said so, since it would be unreasonable for me to expect them to honor a coupon that I didn't have. So, here comes the part that irritated me. I told him I just looked up the coupon on their website on my smartphone and the coupon was no longer there, but I had just printed it the night before. I had agreed to the $32 bill but was curious to as to why the coupon was no longer there... I had just printed it off less than 18 hours ago. And he took a step back and firmly stated "I know for a fact that the $19.95 coupon is not on the website, because it is only mailed to regular customers". It made me feel like I was being dishonest and lying about it or something. After my service was completed, I went back home and got the coupon and drove back, in a snowstorm no less, to prove I wasn't lying. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted him to know I wasn't lying about it. The printout had a timestamp on it from the night before and it had the URL showing it came from the Valvoline website proving it was authentic just as I had said so. When I walked back into the garage I pointed to him to get his attention. He looked like a deer in headlights when he saw me. I showed him the coupon, the time stamp, and the URL. He assumed I was wanting a refund, and I interrupted him and told that isn't why I came back. I told him I came back to show him the $19.95 coupon from the website that he said he "knew for a fact" only went out in the mail to regular customers to prove I didn't lie about it. To my astonishment he proclaimed he "never said that". What is it these days with so many refusing to be accountable? I became angry with his denial, yelled that he did, and just turned and left. I mean why would I go through that effort to drive back in the middle of a snow storm if he hadn't said that? So that was it, no apologies for the misunderstanding, nothing... but just look at me in complete denial as if I was some kind of idiot. He could have done much better. It was an experience I don't care to subject myself to again. I mean the oil change itself was good, and it was quick, but that guy needs to learn better interpersonal skills if he is going to be interacting with customers... you don't bark out orders to customers, make demands, and make them feel like liars and followup in denying responsibility for it. read more

They broke my hood latch and decided to not tell me a week later my battery died and i was late for work because i couldnt get my hood open and had to find a ride. I recomend avoiding this valvoline. read more

Went to Valvoline to get an oil change. There was no line and was promptly greeted by the friendly staff. Staff asked if my vehicle was still under warranty, as there were several things that I could have looked at by a dealership. I still received an oil change. One week later I brought my vehicle to a dealership and was told my oil filter was leaking. I was not aware an oil change at Valvoline came with a free oil leak. I will not be going back, and would not recommend their services to anyone else. Friendly is great, but quality is more important. read more

Exceptional customer service! Tim provided a very detailed explanation on services they provided. All staff members were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This was the first service center that ever checked our cabin air filter. The vehicle had 120k on it and it was incredibly dirty. He Also convinced me to change radiator fluid which was overdo. Disapointed. My 15 minute oil change became a painfully slow 40 mins. 30 mins of which was spent violating my ears trying to up sell me the $100s of repairs I apparently "need." (replace everything under the hood). Only truthful part was that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced but I felt so violated by all the sales pitches I decided against it. I told them flat out from the start that all I wanted was an oil change. That's all. Nothing else. Once again, disapointed. Never having gone to have my oil changed as I do it myself.....I found a coupon online, it was freezing outside and I went. I was so happy with the explanation on what I needed to do since I was clueless. Many other things under my hood were checked (free of charge), I got a cheap oil change with my coupon, it was SO fast, and I stayed warm. I will be going back again. I think my days of doing it myself are over-thanks to the great customer service. read more
