The pricing was high for a mani pedi for dazzle dry. $80+ The quality of the pedi & leg massage was decent, but the pedi was not as good. The dust from the blower table fans put dust in the polish. Instead of a redo, more topcoat was put on. Should have dusted those fans & table. Should have a a redo on the mani. If you're looking for a new nail salon in the area... HERE IT IS! I don't normally write reviews but I had to because I wish I found Obsession Nails sooner. I am SO picky with my nails and salons in general and I can't say enough good things about this place! I moved to the area a year ago and have been going to a different salons but never left happy until I started coming here. I go to Lan for a gel mani and gel pedi but I have gotten my nails done by other techs here and they're truly all great. The salon is clean (unlike a lot of others in the area), it's easy to make an appointments online, good prices, theres a parking lot and most importantly... EVERYONE THERE DOES GREAT WORK! You leave with your nails looking good and know they are going to actually last. It's obvious they use higher quality products than other salons like the keratin hand mask (which they don't charge you extra for like every other place does). ALSO a big issue I had with other salons is that they all overbook or take too many walk-ins, so I REALLY APPRECIATE that Obsession Nails sticks to their schedules. Everytime I get there my nail tech is ready to do my nails and I'm not stuck waiting which is huge. Another thing to point out is the great atmosphere at the salon. I normally hate getting my nails done because it feels like a chore but I always find it to be enjoyable when I go here. It's professional yet laid back- if you want something just ask because they are super accommodating. Overall, this was a great pedicure ($40 seems reasonable!) and I will be returning. The salon was clean, well designed, and my feet look awesome. I'm taking off 1 star because the customer service could be improved. While the actual pedicure was lovely, the staff could have been more friendly when I called to make the appointment, upon arrival to the salon, and during the service. I have gone to Obsession multiple times each time hoping to have a good experience and being disappointed every time. The first time I went I brought my 5 year old daughter for a manicure. She wanted a variation of a French manicure, green nail polish, white tips. The woman who did her nails was rude to her Ave did a terrible job. The owner was aggressive when I pointed out how sloppy it was, stating, "her nails are too small to make it pretty", huh? Being mean to a 5 year old is bizarre to me. But I returned, several times. And that's on me. I love the space, it's so clean and nice, I almost forgive and forget how awful they are. But I have had awful manicures here. One woman cut my nails down too short, another got angry with me when I asked if they did acrylic nails (I was just asking!), I've left there vowing to never give them another penny of my money multiple times and now I'm finally done. The final insult: Two weeks ago I decided to go in again, giving them one last chance. I made an appointment, I arrived on time. When I walked in a woman yelled at me asking, "what do you want?", I politely explained I had an appointment for a manicure. She was in the middle of a pedicure and said to the woman, "Sorry, I can't do your nails after this, SHE has an appointment", almost as if she was mad at me for making an appointment. When she finally came over to begin my nails she looked at them and sighed and seemed annoyed. I have no idea why, they were fine, just needed to be polished. She did not speak to me once and made it very clear I was inconveniencing her. She was rough with me and did just an okay job. So that's it for me. There are plenty of other nice places in the area, I'm not going my money to people who are rude. read more

I've been coming to this salon for a while and am always pleased. The spa pedicure and massage is outstanding. My regular service is the dip manicure, with a gel topcoat. This manicure lasts four weeks without chipping! (I've gotten five weeks). The quality of these products is outstanding. Lan is a perfectionist. She takes her time and is proud of her work. If this manicure feels pricey for you ($50), please remember how long it lasts. I only need to go once a month! The spa is spotless. During Covid, there is a list of safety precautions they are following. It feels very safe and comfortable. Well, my experience went downhill. I called today to set appointment for my dip powder because I did the last dip powder manicure 6 days ago, and now everything fell off the nails. I didn't even demand to redo it, I just wanted a new appointment. On the phone I was told (by the owner, I assume): something is wrong with you, you are the problem, not our powder. That was the exact quote. And I said to her in a very calm voice: you can't talk to people like that, it's inappropriate. And she hang up. I don't know in which country it is normal to talk to any people like that, but I haven't faced it here before. Very sad, because the lady who did my nails were great. This was my first time coming in to get a gel manicure, my friend suggested it and we went together. They were nice and sat us together, a lot of salon don't do that for some reason. But the way my nails came out .. disappointed. They charge $5 more than most places in the area so I would Imagine they do a good job, wrong. The man went to file my nails without asking me for the shape, I was talking so I didn't notice until all my nails were square when I hate square. So then my nails had to filled too short because he had to make them round. I didn't want the filled at all since I'm growing them out. Should have known then to just get up and go elsewhere. There were multiple air bubbles on 2 of my nails that were super noticeable, I pointed them out and the guy just giggled and said sorry. Another nail was already pealing on the side because the nail polish wasn't applied correctly. I tried to point that out and he just walked away from the table when some little kid kept walking around and crying, guess it was his. Today was my first time Obsession Nail Spa and I cannot say enough good things about it. I arrived around 10:30 with no appointment for a mani/pedi. There was no wait and I was quickly ushered to a chair. Tony, one of the managers, did my pedi. He is very kind and did an AMAZING job. We chatted a little while he worked and then came time for my mani. Linh then took care of my nails and they came out awesome. I highly recommend Obsession and will be back. The price is very comparable to the neighboring salons I visit, but the care they take is WAY above standard. The place is immaculate, which is high on my list of needs when visiting a nail salon, and its just a beautiful space! The staff are so kind and professional, the place is immaculate, and they do GREAT manicures, pedicures, and waxing with nice little extras. Lang and her husband made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I honestly don't ever yelp review but i needed to download and sign up for the app just to write this review. Awful, awful, awful. My nails were cut uneven, the nail polish was super sloppy, and the guy doing my service was rushing to not even the next client but just to hang out on his phone. He did my nails so bad that I'm not kidding I was crying. They insisted i stay and they can fix my nails but i had to run out because i have a place to be (Saturday evening) as soon as i went to pay 52 dollars for a crappy manicure and pedicure, the manager left the room. So, I was stuck paying $52 for aHORRIBLE job done. And the fact the management didn't even acknowledge the situation made me even more angry. Seriously, never go to this place. 1 Star is too much for them. read more

The massage chairs are very basic with dirty cup holders which was unnerving to place my hand near. The manucurist also attempted to put my sandals on after my toe nails were painted and it almost messed up my pedicure! I started going to Obsessions after my previous nail tech never had any availability. The place is immaculate. You can tell they keep everything sterile and clean-which is a plus. A lil pricey than anywhere I ever been to(hence the 4/5stars) They have plenty of options for colors and styles. And they take their time. It's rare for me to write a review but I can't pass up this opportunity. First, I didn't have an appointment. I am well aware without an appointment you're taking a risk anywhere. I wait for 5 minutes before someone would acknowledge my presence before asking about service. They ask if I could come back in an hour because they were relatively busy. This nail place is great for gel nails, pedicures and what not. But when it came to acrylic nails it was the WORST. I got them done on a Thursday morning, that Sunday 3 nails fell off. I went in on Monday to fix them and then 2 nails just fell off again. Acrylic nails are supposed to last a while, and it is not my fault because I never banged my hand or anything. I would pick up my purse and one would just come off. $45 dollars wasted and I'm really upset about it. Even the color is chipping off! This is the second time I've use the spa for a walk in appointment for a pedicure. I did think the first time $40 was a lot to charge I didn't have time to go to another place and the pedicure was just mediocre. I went again on Saturday to give its mother chance to get another pedicure and when I went to pay it was $43. When I asked why it was three dollars more she said the polish that I chose was three dollars more. I asked her why she didn't tell me that because I would have easily just gone with a regular color if I known it was three dollars more.
