Suez is awesome. She explained the ultherapy procedure thoroughly and checked in with me constantly throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable (I was!) She was interested and very helpful with additional concerns and issues I have. I will definitely return and recommend her to all my friends! read more

This is a hidden gem for laser services of all kinds. Suez is the best and she offers great prices for amazing services. Picco has helped my skin tightening, redness and discoloration so much. read more

Suez is wonderful and knowledgeable. She is excellent in her provided services ! I highly recommend Suez for your cosmetic needs

I have completed a couple laser hair removal treatments and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Suez is amazing, very professional and friendly. Answers any questions and clarifies any concerns. I plan to return in the near future. Would absolutely recommend her for any treatment. read more

Suez is sooooo nice! She listen and treat you like old friend. I've done my research on YouTube and found that Picosure (the new laser machine that are using here) is highly recommended by professionals. I will do it once a month as a regular med spa in the future. read more

I had a great hair removal experience with technicians Suez (owner) and Natsuda, both who are very welcoming and friendly. Suez was highly efficient with her laser machine removing unwanted hair from my upper body and Natsuda was a true professional in shaping my eyebrows with precision using her electrolysis machine. I was happy that I chose Deluxe because the visits were hassle free. The Spa is situated in a quiet West Roxbury business district where there is plenty of free parking. The procedures were also priced much less than the other spas I reviewed including downtown and neighboring cities. I am pleased with my results and highly recommend Deluxe Laser Spa. read more

I started coming to Deluxe Laser and Spa a little over a year ago after researching different laser techniques and locations (many horrible). I'm SO happy I stumbled upon Suez here. She is amazing and everything about the location is clean, doesn't hurt besides a little pinch here and there, and it's effective. You have to understand laser hair removal doesn't work for all skin/hair types so anyone saying it doesn't work has nothing to do with this place. I was waxing for a year and had terrible ingrown hairs causing me to barely want to wear a bathingsuit and not to mention scars. I started with my happy trail and inner thights/bikini line and it cleared up my ingrown hair problems almost immediately. I only needed 6 for my happy trail and ended up purchasing another pack for my inner thighs since there's more hair & is thicker. I also just started my Brazilian. I highly recommend it here, the prices are great and the technique is extremely effective. SO much better than waxing, I wish I never started and went straight to laser. read more

All I can say is...wow. This woman is fabulous! I first came her at the beginning of the year looking to continue my laser treatments from California, and let me tell you, I never knew what I was missing! Having been to other laser centers I can say that this is hands down the best you can get out there. She has been so friendly, understanding, and just a great person overall. I have recommended her to all my friends and coworkers, and let them know that she is SO worth the trip to West Roxbury from Watertown! read more

I started coming here around August of 2020 after I had a bad experience at a different, non-affiliated location. The equipment they have here is top-of-the-line. This place is truly a hidden gem. It's small, but don't judge a book by its cover. I had hair growing all over my face after treatments gone wrong (I started growing a full blown beard), but after getting treatments here, the hair is basically gone. The owner is super friendly, very knowledgeable, but she is also very honest with you. She doesn't try to sell you services, but her lower-than-average prices make you want to get everything done. I will be a long-time patient here, for sure. If you are looking for a laser place, this is it. I've been to about 4-5 laser centers/spas in MA, and this probably is my favorite one. read more

I have been going to Suez now for 3 years, for laser hair removal. During my first consultation she took the time to explain the whole process and answered all of my questions. This included an analysis of my hair type and approximately the number of treatments that would take for me to see results. Let's say I started laser treatment that same day, as I appreciated her honesty and expertise. And I must say she was spot on the estimate. Her prices are reasonable and to be honest worth the service, as she's professional, very knowledgeable about her craftsmanship. She doesn't try to entice you to buy packages or services that you don't need. But believe me after you see the results you'll want more, as I did, without pressure from her, but at my own time and affordability. I highly recommend Delux Laser and Spa, you won't regret it. Love that I don't have to worry about shaving for the summer. read more

Suez is absolutely amazing. I've been going to her for laser for many years now. Her daughter started doing electrolysis on my eyebrows and she is just as amazing as her mom. She does such a wonderful job. I'm so obsessed with my eyebrows now. Definitely will continue going to this awesome mother-daughter duo!! read more

Suez is amazing! She is sweet, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. All the equiptment she has is top of the line and the office is so super clean. I highly recommend her, and couldn't be happier. read more

I have been to many other laser establishments prior to coming to Deluxe Laser and Spa. I can honestly say Suez is just amazing! She is competent, knowledgable and kind. Her method is state of the art and virtually pain-free compared to all of the other places I have been. The office is meticulously clean, warm and inviting. Without hesitation I fully recommend Suez who is truly exceptional! You will love your experience and great results! read more

Went for my first treatment and enjoyed the professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness. Looking forward to next time.

As others have mentioned, the service here is great and the space is clean. I discovered Deluxe Laser and Spa through Groupon and, unfortunately, I have seen NO results whatsoever from my treatment. I'm feeling like I just put $145 through a paper shredder. read more

Do not try the spider vein removal! I had the treatment 3 months ago and I have big black scars from when she burned my skin. Theis is a scam! She uses the laser hair removal machine to do this experiment I guess.. I should sue this place for burning my skin permanently. Please look for a professional, don't make the same mistake I did. I saw her 5 start reviews and I trusted her. She does laser hair removal, not veins! that's why she has good reviews. I have several burn marks all over my legs. read more

I have been going here for Laser treatment for a few years and have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately I have some stubborn blonde hairs that laser is not effective for, however, they have recently added electrolysis to the mix. Natsuda is the electrolysis technician and she is great! highly recommend! read more

This is my first time I am trying laser hair removal. I choose uper lip area. The result that Ive seen it was beyond I expected. I would like to recommend to whoever would like to try to hair laser removal. this place offered very reasonable price and Sues was very nice. This is the best spa I have ever visited. I used to do laser in another place, but one day I heard about Suez who is the owner of this deluxe laser & spa and she's adorable, friendly and flexible. I did the laser package, I'm so happy with the result and she is a very careful person, she advices you what to do and what not to do. You definitely should come here if you want to do laser or other stuff. Also, the best thing is her prices they are very decent comparing to other centers. read more

I went to Deluxe for the removal of brown spots. The owner provided the service. She was very sweet and professional. The treated area responded perfectly - the spots disappeared within one week! I'm going back soon for the ones on my hands! :) read more

The woman who runs the business is extremely sweet and professional. I have been going to her for a few years and am not disappointed! Effective hair removal at a decent price. read more

By far the most unethical unprofessional experience I've had. I've been going to Suez for a little over a year. And she comes across nice but all she has in mind is your money while giving you a half ass service. I thought I would give her a shot since her prices are very inexpensive compared to the other professional laser businesses I've been to. But I guess you get what you pay for. She rushes through the treatment missing many areas. So one day I went for a follow up treatment and when I got home I noticed Suez had missed a few areas. I emailed her about my concerns and she refused to believe me and quickly told me she would cancel my future appointments without me agreeing to it. She clearly wanted to get rid of me because she didn't want to take accountability for her mistake. I've never been so disrespected and disappointed by a business and a person I thought was sympathetic to my concerns. Trust me she is not a good business person. I was treated terribly. I think she prefers customers if a certain complexion. I'd rather pay more money and get better service and treatment. read more

I found this place through Groupon and the results have been awesome so far. The owner is very knowledgeable about the lasers and the one that will work best for you. Regular prices are pretty reasonable too considering the hair will be gone forever! I'll definitely be going back for other areas. read more

just had my first laser spider vein treatment today! suez is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. she does a great job explaining the service and is open to any questions you have. i went in with an open mind becuase i purchased a groupon and sometimes you never know how the experience will be but i am very happy with the service and will be returning for other services as well. pricing is fair, the site is clean and the laser equipment used is top notch. read more

I had 3 sessions of laser on my underarms and it was a complete waste. Minor/no results. Also this is not a spa. It's a small office space in a old building. read more

I have been coming here and getting my laser treatments from Suez at Deluxe Laser and Spa for a while now. I bought a Groupon deal and ended up purchasing different packages from her after my first visit. I have gotten laser treatments from other places and did not have good experiences. I had absolute best experience with Suez. The facility is very clean. She is very professional, knowledgeable and will explains everything to you. For the newbies out there, please do not expect to be hairless after a couple of sessions. It will take some time and visits to Suez but eventually you will be hair free like me! read more

I bought a living social deal for this company a few months back, and the woman was exceptionally sweet and tried best as she could to make me feel comfortable. I think I went right as the place opened, so I don't know how it is doing today, but if the same woman is running it, I'm sure she is just as friendly! read more

I checked out Deluxe laser and Spa after seeing their grand opening deals and could not be happier with the procedure and service. I had a hair removal procedure done and have my next appointment scheduled already. Suez was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I will definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get some things done read more

I am an unsatisfied customer. On 7/23/15 I came for a lazer n hope to clear out some dark spots on my face. The result in 1 week, my face became 3 times worst. The dark spots spreading out more. I came to ask her for help and sugestions, she responded that is because of my hormone changes. And offerred no help! read more

The owner/technician is a very nice woman and is very professional. The space is clean and comfortable. The problem is that the laser treatments are completely worthless. The hair gets burned off and it SEEMS like you got what you needed, but then the hair comes back exactly as before. I went for 3 sessions and stopped. At 4 months out from the last treatment I have exactly ZERO results. Some might argue that I should have gone for more sessions, but that's not how it works - the reason you have to go back multiple times is to zap the hairs that were not in the growth cycle the last time you had a treatment, but the hair that was zapped previously should not be coming back. After 3 treatments I should have noticed a difference. How do I know? I moved here from New Jersey and had laser treatments on 2 different areas of my body done before my move - the hair was little by little disappearing after each treatment and it is permanent (almost 2 years later now). Deluxe spa was like a really expensive waxing place - the hair was gone for a little while but now back exactly the same as before. Now I need to find a new place to go to and hopefully not waste more money. :( read more
