Told me they were going to pull up the brick to the half way point of my patio and re pitch it. They also did a full section around a firepit which I put in earlier. Never saw Steve again until pay day. They pulled 4 rows of brick and leveled them, now my puddling is just further back on my patio. every time it rains I regret ever calling them. Texts were not reply to and now the new part looks a little warped. Nice guys, but Peter comes out to estimate and Paul does the work. Total lack of communication.

Their prices were competitive, they offered good advice for a water management issue I had been having, and they were very patient with me as I attempted the very difficult task of paver selection. Being a single woman, it's common to feel like you're being talked down to by contractors, but that was never the case with these guys. I felt very comfortable with Steve, the guy who comes out to quote jobs, from day one. Once the work began, I met Casey, Steve's son, and their great crew of guys. Casey was just as wonderful as Steve, and their crew of guys were friendly and hard-working. They were very efficient and finished the work at my house pretty quickly, but you would never know how quickly based on the quality of the job and the way they left my property. They left my place looking so much better than before they were here and my patio looks amazing! My only regret is not hiring them to work on the front of my house as well, as the front now pales in comparison to the back! I would not hesitate to recommend or to hire these guys again. They are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, and overall great guys.

He was attentive and seemed to understand my lawn cutting, trimming and edging needs, and at a reasonable weekly cutting fee....Until commissioning him for landscaping project of picking up and delivering blocks for yard project. That is when communication on what his fees would be were not clearly stated to customer. Nevertheless, customer paid in full three times of what was originally understood by customer from Alex what Alex was later asking. Hesitating to commission for him/his landscaping service for one more time, then had lawn cut one more time with sloppy trimming and cleanup. Asked when he would be trimming of tree and shrub as orignially requested and he never responded back. Customer contacted one last time and we both mutually agreed to no longer have him/Michigan Mow Master cut my lawns. This is a brand new startup business and Alex had a very old and runned down gas walk behind lawn mower along with an edger that sounded as if it was "dying". He did not have all of the appropriate and proper equipment as he stated he would bring on next run. When texting back and forth with Alex, he mentioned he would need to ask his wife first before he would commit to when lawn was going to be cut along with other work, as a matter of fact his wife came along with their young boy in the old rusty pick up truck on his lawn cutting runs. Mentioning this because his website looked and convey the illusion that he had dependable and capable lawn care equipment with dependable staff to do the job. Alex's website was very misleading. Although Alex was pleasant, he proved himself to be unreliable, undependable and untrustworthy. If you choose to use/contract him, be prepared to wait and beware and ask upfront what all costs are and know all aspects of what is to happen when you employ him. Hiring someone for grass cutting is not easy. Do your research and beware of the "rosy" reviews. And one large tip off is when they ask and really want a terrific review after the first time they cut your lawn to post. Again, Beware! Thank you!

They did everything they said they were going to on the dates they said they would. We really couldn't be happier. A couple pieces on the side were forgotten by the cutter, but other than that I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommend Watson's for anyone with high customer service expectations and who want quality done in quantity within a fantastic time! Thank you Will and Watson's crew!
