3/14/2021 My review…read moreabout this Landscaping company is in regards to Firewood. I recently called this business to a request a face cord delivery of firewood back in November 2020. They delivered on-time a face cord of seasoned firewood on 11/20/2020 for a price of $200.00. The driver was friendly and polite and I was told they accept check or cash for payment, therefore I paid in cash for the load. I felt that the price was high yet I was told on the phone that the distance of 12 miles was added in extra for a delivery charge. SMH This business is located in Armada, Michigan off of 32 Mile Rd. which in calculation to my home off of 22 Mile Rd. equaled a total of 10 miles from business yard to my driveway. The firewood load had many large stump pieces that needed to be split and cut in order to fit inside the insert of my fireplace. Oh Well, seeing was believing plus I assumed that all companies split the wood on the thinner side. After All I've been buying firewood since 1992. The wood burned great and lasted till Feburary 1, 2021. Price too high! I stopped in and asked the man outside if they had sand. I was directed inside where his wife (I assume) had already overheard me and was ready to ring me up. Quick and easy and then I was directed around the side to be loaded up. In and out in five minutes. The thing that got me besides the great customer service was also the extent of their inventory. They have quantities for the DIYers or the home gardeners as well as huge piles of gravel, sand and such for commercial use. They have the ability to service anyone needs and are quick to do so. He came right over for a quote which was written on the spot and reasonably priced. We needed our entire yard graded, top soiled and sod installed. He had detailed invoices, receipts and was just organized and efficient in general. He responded to all of my emails which probably became annoying as I've never had this kind of service and had lots of questions. They did everything they said they were going to on the dates they said they would. We really couldn't be happier. A couple pieces on the side were forgotten by the cutter, but other than that I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommend Watson's for anyone with high customer service expectations and who want quality done in quantity within a fantastic time! Thank you Will and Watson's crew!

Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Like i said...Buyer beware, terrible customer service...do you want to ever deal with a company who would rather throw insults than to solve problems. He is an extremely likable person and he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, which is not something that the competition was doing for me. The thing about is that he is a perfectionist so I came up with the "Fussy Russy". Needless to say after all the design process that we went through with him, he was able to use his computer systems to generate what the property would look like before he did it so that we can be a part of the design process. We are extremely happy with the results and he did a great job. Out of the competition, he was also extremely aggressive with his pricing. I would say that the other competitors were way more money and the work was not as good quality.
