There's almost no bruising, can't even see any puncture marks - just some minor swelling. A great result from one of the nicest, most caring and professional team in the Villages. I have been transferred between representatives without resolution, and on several occasions, I was assured that a supervisor would return my call. To date, I have not received any follow-up as promised. This lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable.
