I just spoke to someone. The chinless front desk person gave zero & the office manager, Amanda didn't care & was incredibly snobby. I will never set foot in there again! She kept suggesting cosmetic surgery for my skin irritations. She didn't take much time to discuss with me what could be causing the issues. She just wanted to refer me to the cosmetic dermatologist. At one point one of my concerns was focused on my private area, usually there is a lot of caution and discretion when it comes to that part of my body. However, Evan had me undress in front of her and the nursing assistant. I was mortified. And I was told to spread my legs and have her look. It was traumatizing. The nursing assistant had a terrible vibe, she looked completely unamused the entire appointment. Don't go here. Don't waste your time with this unprofessionalism.

Inconsiderate and rude at our appt and refused to give my teen the rest of his medicine even though his doctor in Kentucky prescribed it and we just moved here. He still has two months left and they will not refill for him. Would never recommend this location
