He killed my son. Well, I suppose it was actually Natale Delgato, but she works for him. She prescribed medication for him with side effects that caused suicidal thoughts. She knew my son my was depressed, yet kept prescribing him Xanax. She also knew, or should have known that he had an alcohol problem. She never once suggested counseling or perhaps an antidepressant. My son shot himself in the head after taking the medication she prescribed for him. 2 days after she prescribed it. read more

What a great place. Without going into detail, I had some issues a while back, tried advent health, just asked for a chest xray, instead they wanted a ct scan, which BTW, still waiting for an appointment. Got fed up, found Dr Patterson, in my first appointment, I was able to walk out with an xray order and all my medication that adventhealth refused to give me. I would recommend this Doctor's office to anyone looking for a new doctor, anyone new to the area, or anyone who is looking for a great place to go. I have been going here for over two years, I selected the office based on proximity to my work. When I first became a patient, they asked me a question which I found odd, "would you mind being seen by a nurse practitioner?" I said yes, and it was the best decision I could have made. Michelle is the name of the practitioner I see, and she is wonderful. The only bad thing was that she's left twice to have babies, but she says she done for a little while. I go for regular appointments every year, and they do my 'well woman' exam, which is really great to have a woman do it, makes me very comfortable even though someone is working 'down there.' They are always quick to squeeze me in when I call and am sick (have never had to wait more than 24 hours for an appointment) and great with follow up and medication refills. I've seen four different doctors with this practice, in that they will get me in to see whoever is available when I call for an emergency appointment, and they were all great. Also, they have recently opened up what I will call a 'minute clinic' where if, perhaps you are prone to ear infections, and you feel you are getting another, you can go in without an appointment between 8 and 10, and they will get you in on a first come, first serve basis. I think its a great service for colds, flus, mild illnesses, etc. Become a patient, you won't regret it! read more

I have been going to see Michelle Cooley (ARNP) and have used her as my GP for the past 2+ years now. She seems to know what she's doing (hell if I know, I'm not a doctor OR a nurse) and is both kind and professional. She takes the time to listen and never leaves me waiting long once I'm in the exam room. All of the nurses have always been friendly and have never acted unprofessionally. I have had bloodwork done in-house as well as the series of 3 HPV vaccinations that are recommended for women under 26. Not sure about the other ARNP's/Doctors, but Michelle seems to have no interest in getting more money out of me; I recently told her that I'd done a "Know Your Numbers" screening for work at Quest and she told me to bring in the results so they wouldn't have to pull blood at my next physical and could just add it to my chart. The schedulers and receptionists are curt most of the time, but I don't pay them to be all sunshine and smiles. They get the job done and I have always gotten anything requested in a timely manner. I LOVE MICHELLE COOLEY. She is kind and helpful and has done everything to the best of her abilities to get me feeling better as quickly as possible. I have a 365 day a year job and I don't really get down time to be sick. She's really a beautiful soul. Today, however, I just had my first experience with Dr Patterson himself, and while he did take time out of his "Holiday Break" to prescribe me medication (which I really couldn't be more grateful for), he did it in the absolute rudest manner possible. Even ending the conversation by insulting me for taking up his time. I apologize that I have an actual job where I do not get a BREAK, let alone time to have the flu. Yes, to me this is an emergency, because I can lose my job if I'm too sick to perform for a number of a days in a row. But I understand how that's none of your concern. For future situations, if you want to be "giving" during the holidays, simply be kind to people and maybe your small heart will grow from it. Don't point out your kindness and then rudely tell others to be thankful. If you wanted to be a grinch you could've just chosen to not called me back. I urge you all to reconsider before seeking any health related information from this business. The doctor was fine, but the staff are complete nitwits. I went there because my insurance and location. I went there to get several immunization shots, and every time i went there, i had to double check what the nurse was shooting into me because the first time she almost gave me a shot that i did not need! It was completely ridiculous. On top of this, the doctor said i needed blood work done, but the nurses almost sent me out of the office without getting it done. I had to come back and remind them about everything. I ended up having to go there 13 times to get five shots and was hit for an office visit every time when they messed up. My insurance only covers 5 visits, and so i am paying out of pocket for the rest! I was supposed to have a sequence of tests done, but was not even told to come back within a 2 week window, and so i had to restart the sequence and pay those extra visits. Just be wary, and do not rely on them to do their job, because they won't. I had to get these shots done because i was going to graduate program to be a doctor, and i can assure you, i will never have a staff that is this incompetent. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is nice. The doctor is nice. However, the office manager, I think the doctor's wife, is just horrible. So rude and heartless. You can't be this way if you are dealing with families, patients, and people in the community. I would never return to this place because of her. I have never been treated so poorly in my life than by the way she treated myself and others, and the way I saw her talk to her staff was deplorable. If you don't have health insurance, or your deductible is so high that your visit would be an out of pocket cost, don't bother. Even after explaining that I can't afford the $150 visit PLUS the cost to refill my prescription at $160, basic Asthma medication is being denied to me even though they know I need it to stay out of the hospital. I was even cut off mid-sentence while explaining that my husbands health insurance takes effect in 90 days, which is much better than mine and will allow me to come in and afford the breathing test they need me to take at that point. I've been a client of theirs for years too, which makes this situation more painful. Looks like I'll be finding a new doctor, one with a more compassionate staff. read more

Dr. Patterson has been my PCP for over twenty years. He and his staff are truly concerned about their patients. I have received quality, knowledgeable care at all times. If anyone is looking for a Doctors office that will make them feel at ease and confident in their choice Doctor Patterson and his staff are my recommendation. Even though I am moving to Titusville it will be worth the drive to keep Dr. Patterson as my Doctor. The staff has always been pleasant and cheerful, even on their busy days. Doctor Patterson has an excellent knowledge base of area specialists and can quickly recommend a quality physician. I consider Doctor Patterson and all of his staff friends and concerned participants in my personal health care. My entire family including grandparents and I have been patients of Dr. Patterson's office for over 10 years . I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their care. Dr. Patterson himself is such a kind person and takes time to truly listen to his patients , my grandparents have never been in better hands. Michelle is one of the midlevels there who also takes great time with her patients, provides thorough care and always has a smile on! They also have a good knowledge about the specialists in the area and have always referred me to other knowledgeable and respectful offices when needed. His core nursing staff is also extremely compassionate. They have XR at the office which is really helpful, and the phlebotomist is amazing, she never misses :-D even my dad's hard to find veins!!! I have found the front desk staff to be very on time and more organized than most private practice establishments. We have never had a long wait that I can remember. Most of the time I show up at my appointment time and they take us right in. Now that we moved away to another state I really miss having them! I recommend the office to any of my friends who are looking for a primary care office , our family has been exceptionally well taken care of :-) read more
