I wanted to get stronger and focus on functional fitness to make my life as a new mom (lifting a rapidly growing baby) easier and pain free. She met me where I was and tailored our sessions around my goals, even going as far as practicing good form getting up and down from the floor with a baby in hand. We spend time each session checking in on where I'm at physically, emotionally, mentally and adapt the session as needed (like if I'm running on very little sleep). After only about a month of working with Vysh I had gotten stronger and most of my daily pain was gone. Now I continue to see my strength and endurance improve and am looking forward to continuing training with Vysh and working on my next set of goals together. Her trauma informed approach and the language that she uses makes it such a safe space, especially compared to other experiences at large gyms. For folks who may have had bad experiences in toxic gym environments and are looking for a trainer and a safe space for a diversity of bodies & backgrounds, I can't recommend Vysh enough!

He used my credit card on some stores, so I went to the store and got his photo. I talked to GOODLIFE management that I had his photo, but GOODLIFE said they wouldn't track his membership, his info or anything. GOODLIFE DOESN'T CARE. I also saw a guy reported someone stole his shoes after he went back the changing room from bathroom another day. Just 15mins and his shoes gone. He said this was not his first time. WOW! Imagine you just finish work, go to the gym with all your belongings (watch, wallet, suits, gym clothes...). Noone brings stuff when taking shower. It means the THIEVES can get all as GOODLIFE DOESN'T CARE. The THIEVES can still keep doing this as much as they want because it's under $5k. So stupid. GOODLIFE DOESN'T CARE. They wouldn't give you any information of the thieves even though you have their photos. I called GOODLIFE to talk to a manager next morning at 11:21 as the staff suggested. She was busy with another phone call and they said they would call me back, but she did NOT. So I had to call them again after 1 hour. She did NOT say sorry to not call me back. She did NOT know to care my case. The way she talked to me was like she did NOT care and I felt she put the fault on me. What a TERRIBLE customer service skill! TERRIBLE management! BE CAREFUL!!! DON'T COME HERE!

I logon to their website search my preferred day and bam, its tells you how many spots are open. Perfect ..... I book 2 days with ample slots a week in advance, to later get rejected by email stating my bookings have been cancelled due to COVID restrictions. The max they can have is 10...... when I signed up there were 5/10 spots avail. Things that make you go hmmmmmm. Obviously complete incompetence in handling. Ive decided not to play the Goodlife lottery anymore and froze my membership.

The gym sits on the 36th floor and has a gorgeous view of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower and the Dome! Lots of equipments, Exercise bikes, Elliptical machines, Tread Mills and various other Weight Machines and assorted Bar Bells and Dumbbells. The Change room could be a little crowded during preCovid peak times. Now days quite empty as most members have not yet returned to downtown. It also has a Yoga Studio, Group Exercise classes and a full size swimming pool on the top floor. Steam room and Whirl pool in both Men and Women's Change rooms. Although I have never been in the Women's Change Room. It also has a Health Clinic staffed with many Physiotherapist, Registered Massage Therapist, Chiropractors , Athletic Specialists and Personal Trainers! It has a 5 star restaurant attached with a gorgeous view of the lake and the city. You don't have to be a member to eat at the restaurant or visit the Health Clinic for Treatments. Membership is expensive though, I pay $200 a month for use of the gym and assigned a tiny cube to store my Running Shoes and some gym clothes. The bigger lockers are for day use only . You can request a tour of the facility to get a better understanding of the facilities. If you mention my name, you might get some freebies... I usually go there 3 days a week in early mornings and it's almost like my own Private Gym. 10 minutes walk from my office, so there is no excuse for me not to go and get Fit!

Change rooms are fantastic and fully equipped with WHATEVER your heart desires - even personalized lockers! Run or gobble at their restaurant with a view. If you want to work out at a place that has nearly everything you need then this is that place but at a steep price point. They have a swimming pool and doesn't seem to ever get too crowded. I tried out the yoga lesson bright and early which was great as it felt more like a one one one. I liked this instructor as she wasn't too pushy or too pretentious (as is my issue with Yoga and I never really gave it a genuine go before for this reason). I felt great after and would probably even sign up for a membership if I worked in the area.
