It's a great small group training club. Maximum group size is 12, but classes usually have fewer people because membership is not full yet. They have top-notch training equipment, and they make an effort to know and motivate their members!
I didn't purchase their unlimited membership because 'unlimited' means too many options and actually demotivates me to go =)
Once you sign up for monthly (4, 8, unlimited etc) membership, they'll give you a personal training session to let you know how to train safely and effectively and measure your body fat percentage - every four month you'll measure again and set goals.
I find their training much different from the Goodlife group classes. For one, I want to go to FUEL and challenge myself, whereas it was a drag to go to Goodlife. (Could also be I live right beside FUEL..) I can't complain because of how competitive Goodlife's prices are, but FUEL is a more intimate environment and the trainers will correct my posture and tell me to stop if they think I might hurt myself. After all, it's how often I go and the end results that define what suits me best.
Give it a try by registering for their free trial, especially if you live in the neighborhood. I'm sure the variety of training forms and bubbly personality of the instructors won't let you down. read more
