I'm not a fan of the city block sized markets where forgetting the milk means a 5 minute trip within the store. IGA has a small footprint yet covers everything. Well I worked, I purchased other items not on sale. At check out, I found out that the ad was wrong. The only way I noticed was that I checked my receipt. the manager offered to give me a raincheck for half gallons since I could buy two of them in place of the gallon I purchased. It seems the person ordering saw the gallons on sale and ordered them instead of the half gallons. I am done shopping there.

Nathan, young man who is a cashier is always so nice and friendly. (Not sure if he still works there) Most of the time the ladies at the deli counter are pleasant as well. Cons: a few of their woman cashiers could care less about the customer and more about their conversation. Story: I came in for a few items. When ready to check out, the lady was in the middle of a conversation with another coworker. She didn't say hello. She didn't say anything to me actually, just talking with her friend at work. I waited to see if she would say anything. She finishes ringing me out and didn't even tell me the total. I put my card in to pay, finished my transaction and she handed the receipt over. Didn't say bye, have a good day, nothing! So I spoke up. I said glad your conversation was better then greeting a customer, you have a good day too. Nice talking with you! There's something for you to get here. Chinese and Filipino food is what seems to be the majority of things here. It has all kinds of authentic sauces and hot items. There's bottles of more than just sriracha and hot pepper sauce. It also has Asian herbs. There's fresh smelling bay leaves and the like. It also has frozen fish. It doesn't make the place smell like how it does in many Asian stores. There isn't that much of it so maybe that's why.
