A small town grocery store that still does everything to support the schools, community projects and the community itself. They let the sports teams have fundraisers on their property. Help with rib sales. Donate all the water and area for car washes. I've been a part of 3 service projects at this location. The workers are always so kind and helpful. They run good sales, some products are higher priced (this is priced like a small town grocery store... no super Walmart). There are no frills. The doughnuts are soooo good but they sell out pretty quickly. Overall, it's so hard to find local businesses still in business like this... and they do so much for the community.. it's worth supporting them. read more

This is the second time the ad has lured me into the store with a misprint on Orange Juice. The purpose of an ad is to get shoppers into the store to buy other things. Well I worked, I purchased other items not on sale. At check out, I found out that the ad was wrong. The only way I noticed was that I checked my receipt. the manager offered to give me a raincheck for half gallons since I could buy two of them in place of the gallon I purchased. It seems the person ordering saw the gallons on sale and ordered them instead of the half gallons. I am done shopping there. read more

This place is what it is. They're the only game in town or for a reasonable distance so they have a captive clientele. That being said the prices are fairly outrageous and a fair amount of the food goods are past or very very close to expiry. They once had a sale a couple years ago on saltine crackers after New Years Day The crackers expired on 01/03 of that year. The produce is past it's prime and you'll pay a premium for it. There are a few things that I like. The close out deals or bargains. Believe it or not there are a few things that slipped past the net, so to speak, you can get for a reasonable price. My advice, check the dates on every single thing you buy there. They get some weird products in from time to time they never get again. Once they had frozen Quail and a $60 box of Chinese origin frozen frog's legs. I don't know whoever thought that would sell there. I've never had a problem with any of the employees and found them to be very friendly and courteous. I've also found the store to be fairly well maintained and in generally good repair. They used to have a salad bar which was pretty decent and well stocked for a fair price which seems to have vanished. Oddly enough they also sold sushi at one time. I tried it and lived to tell the tale, though I remarked you have to have rocks in your head to eat sushi from there. All in all if you need some staples or don't feel like driving it's nice to have around. I've gone there enough to know what to get and what to steer away from. read more

I live in Seville, so any way I look at it, to get to a grocery store, it's a drive. Miller's Brothers has been a staple since I was little! While some prices may be high, shopping the ad is awesome! The employees there are so helpful and nice! They hire and work with ones who have developmental disabilities and even though that should be expected, they go above and beyond with long standing employees! Their new app lets you save MORE money and get money back. No matter who your cashier is, they can help you operate the app, add your deals and double check your receipt to make sure you're getting all your possible deals! They are A++ in my book!!! read more

I had a very negative experience with an extremely rude and condescending cashier and it has been hard for me to continue shopping there. I realize everyone has bad days, but when you can't even be bothered to be polite to someone then you need to find another job. read more

Not enough sani wipes in the world could clean the car cart for children. Turned around and left...first impression was enough for me.

Miller Bros. Grocery is a great little store to pop into when you need to grab something quickly. It's not Whole Foods and doesn't aim to be. The selection isn't always the best (no fresh ginger, potatoes sold in bags only, no golden raisins...these may be odd, but are just things I've noticed during my most recent trips) and the wine and liquor is on the pricier side, but the employees have always been friendly and there's never too much of a wait at check out. I'm glad that there's something more in the area than just Drug Mart! read more

I just got into town June 21st as I'm here on Business for a few weeks out of state. I'm not used to small town type of establishment's as I'm from a big city. On May 4th, 2012, I gave a sweater to Miller's for alterations. A month later when I went to pick it up they did not have it.They told me they would contact the seamstress and call me with info.. I never heard back from them. I contacted them many times after the initial call and they continued to plakate me. Whenever I would speak to Don, the store manager, he acted as if I were a burden and whined about all the days and hours of the week he had to be there! Finally on August 2, 2012, Don told me the "expert opinion" of Kathy, the seamstress, was that my sweater was worth $25.00! I called Kathy after I spoke to Don and she told me she couldn't even remember what the sweater looked like!!!! Miller's accepted the responsibility of getting my sweater fixed, and blamed the seamstress for losing it and did not honor my opinion of what the sweater was worth. I WAS NOT THE ONE TO LOSE SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY! I cinsidered going to small claims court and was advised that it would cost me more than the sweater was worth. I'm sure Mr. Don, the manager and the store owner had that figured out when they decided that a walloping $25.00 would SHUT ME UP! Hey Don....what would you have done if it belonged to your daughter or wife????? I'm very disapointed in the way they handled the whole situation. In my opinion, since YOU lost the sewater, I deserve the benefit of the doubt in the matter of the sweater's value. C'mon Miller's is $80.00 going to break you? Shame on you for taking advantage of MY DISADVANTAGE. read more
