If I could give two and half stars, I would. Working with Kevin before any ground breaking, he was…read morevery knowledgeable about his craft. We worked together to come up with a great plan for a replacement shed with some great updates. Fast forward to the build day and all went well, until some build details came up. Having to be at work myself, my wife was home and inquired about certain things. She was met with some harsh words and a brash attitude, making her feel like her questions were "not worthy" since she wasn't in the business. Her father, a contractor brought up some valid points of concern via pictures and phone calls to her, none of which were addressed, only met with criticism again since she wasn't a shed builder. So, what things were wrong/missing? It's a 12x14 shed with a loft to get a mental picture. -It's missing rafters, which are critical in roof support. -No vertical support anywhere in the structure (aside from each corner) for load bearing. I specifically asked that the walls be strong enough to mount tire racks for two sets of wheels. Now that the shed is complete, I do not feel its sturdy enough to handle the weight of these without the walls being pulled in. -Screening mesh was used for soffit vents, which is susceptible to animal/insect damage. -No roof deck paper between the plywood and shingles. -No drip edge at the edges of the roof to remove the water from the roof area. -The paper wrap under the vinyl siding should have gone on before the windows were installed, and wrapped inside the openings. Instead, the windows were all installed, then the wrap put on, in segments, up to the edges of the windows, lacking the proper rain/moisture barrier for a long lasting building. -The rafters do not have a seat cut to sit on the top plate. To this day, I do not know how those are being held up/supported. -We specified a white door. A natural door was installed and we had to paint it ourselves. Not a deal breaker, but when I'm paying $8,000 for a shed, the details count. -I wanted a transom window installed above the door for added lighting inside. I was told that I would have to source and purchase the window. Again, small detail, but a 15 minute search on Amazon had it at my door within 3 days. While the shed does look nice, I have my doubts of its longevity. Our old shed was 30+ years old and was damaged, although repairable, due to a fallen tree, hence the replacement. I was excited to have a new building installed, but I wish I did a bit more homework and research before signing a contract with John Brady Sheds. I regret not being more involved in the build and bringing up these points while it was being built. I tried to get in touch after it was all done and paid for with a question about the siding color for a paint match. That was months ago. I haven't heard back from him yet. I have a feeling that since we were questioning some of his building practices, Kevin was happy to be done, paid, and out the door. We expected better.

There I store items not presently needed but not ready for the garbage heap. Sebastian was the first to answer my call and his ideas captured me into rejecting other later applicants. After the stairs came the wonderful suggestion of reconstructing one section of the attic. In this space I could walk standing up and a beautiful bedroom and office was constructed. The work was done quickly and professionally. By Christmas I had an extra bedroom to accommodate my many overnight visitors, particularly grandchildren. The transformation is magical. Here is a picture of before and after. I am hoping to continue with this construction in some months under Sebastian's visionary supervision

I paid Sea Beast $68,190 against the contract and separately paid $17,176 directly for materials I had no contractual obligation to pay -- $85,366 total -- yet MULTIPLE major scope items remained incomplete or not meaningfully progressed with only weeks left on the schedule. These included the porticos, exterior brick samples, simple framing and finish details, unable to install simple door hardware, the HVAC condenser pad (the condenser itself was paid for but not on site), step repointing and masonry, main electrical service, exterior hardware, interior doors (despite a $3,000 advance for them), and the kitchen, which was never properly coordinated, ordered or released. Sea Beast also failed to provide the conditional lien waivers, a simple bill that wasn't a demand for money that needs to be today which was required with each progress payment, and continued to demand additional payment while materially overbilled relative to work completed. I issued a formal Notice of Performance Issue on April 4, 2026 requiring a written cure plan, manpower and sequencing plan, procurement status, revised schedule, lien waivers, and payment reconciliation. Sea Beast acknowledged receipt but did not provide the required cure documentation. I issued a Notice of Default on April 8, 2026 under the contract's default provision, which required cure commencement within 36 hours. The required cure was not provided. I terminated the contract for default and am pursuing damages. I would not hire Sea Beast Design & Construction again and would not recommend them for residential general contracting work. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.

Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! If you want contractors who treat your home and your family like their own, hire ProBros LLC without hesitation. Mike, Joe, Charlie--you guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They delivered an incredible transformation--one that we genuinely love walking into every single day. What stood out most was their clear, step‑by‑step breakdown of the entire process. They also worked with impressive efficiency, completing the remodel in just a matter of weeks without ever compromising on quality. Every detail--from the craftsmanship to the finishing touches--shows real pride in their work! Our new kitchen feels brighter, more functional, and truly ours. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
